The Cockburn Room at the Vandiver Inn

This is a lovely little inn that is comprised of three houses- the mansion, and two neighboring victorian houses. We stayed in one of the rooms in the house directly next to the mansion. It was clean and extremely comfortable. The back garden is lovely and a wonderful place to hang out, enjoy a glass of wine, and make new friends. The inn is within walking distance of everything you would want to do in Havre de Grace. They serve a light breakfast in the morning between 8-10. Coffee, which was a must for us, was available 24/7. John, the owner, is so friendly and made it a point to make sure we were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

The room was bright with lots of natural light, it was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfy and the location was perfect..the boardwalk, stores and restaurants were all within walking distance. This was my first time staying here and it did not disappoint. And the hosts, Jenna & Debbie could not have been nicer. All in all .. great digs!!!

It was our first time at Cove Creek. The rooms have everything you need and the main building has a good bar and restaurant. The outdoor hammocks and gas fire pits were a hit. I would recommend this place to other guests.

An indoor arcade area features colorful carpeting with circular patterns. Various arcade machines line the walls, including racing games and a claw machine filled with prizes. Bright lighting enhances the playful atmosphere, inviting guests to enjoy a fun experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Wyndham National hotel hosted by an exceptionally attentive hostess. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. It was beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities I could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a great night's sleep every night. The bathroom was spotless, stocked with plush towels and high-quality toiletries. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals if I chose to stay in. What truly set this stay apart was the hostess. She was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Her warm hospitality made me feel right at home, and her attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the accommodation. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this Airbnb and its wonderful hostess to anyone look

Great stay. Lori at the pool bar was very sweet! Room was pretty nice, but in all reality it was a glorified motel. Don’t mean that to be facetious, the room was very clean and it was nice, it just gave motel vibes. Super close distance to great ice cream, food, and the beach & all its bars.

A dining area features a long table set with dishes and glassware, surrounded by ornate chairs. The walls are painted in a rich teal adorned with golden peacock motifs. An elegant wooden sideboard is visible in the adjoining room, complemented by period detailing and wooden flooring.

Staying at a bed and breakfast for the first time this was a perfect experience Monique and her staff were so nice and accommodating from the moment we checked in until we checked out we felt right at home. The house is beautifully decorated the food Rachel made for breakfast was amazing she was very considerate of my food allergy and I felt very comfortable when talking about it with her. I will start with the negative, that is the bathtub did not match the one in the room. Aside from that, everything was excellent. Our innkeeper, Brie, was very accommodating from the start. We look forward to booking again.

We booked this inn last minute and and it was a great place to stay! It's set up to host weddings/events but none were going on while we were there. The common areas were lovely and the young lady working as host was so friendly and helpful. We did have an A/C issue (1886 home & 104 heat index, so not a huge surprise). Once it was clear it wasn't going to cool down in our room, the host moved us to a new room, letting me see the layout of both and choose what we liked best. Then the A/C was great! There is also complimentary wine and a delicious breakfast!

Vandiver's Young Room: Funky and adorable space

Our stay was great, and the room was lovely! There was a little hiccup with communications before checking in but John was very responsive and it didn't sour our stay. The room was well-appointed and had its own entrance which was a nice bonus.
