Very roomy one bedroom, one bath with King size bed in the master bedroom, one sleeper sofa and one futon both in the living room. Would fit four adults and two children most comfortably. Full kitchen 2 smart TV’s with access to Netflix Walk, Ride bikes, or drive to the beach just a half mile from the condo. Close to Northside park for adult exercise/children’s playground.

we have stayed at Susan’s place several times over the years and it never disappoints! the view from the balcony, easy access to the beach, and the beautiful condition of the condo keeps us coming back year after year. Susan is very responsive and flexible as a host and always makes sure we have a great stay.

As soon as we walked through the door I felt the beachy vibes and instantly relaxed, this place is beautifully done, very clean, everything we needed for the beach is right there, didn’t want for anything!! Really enjoyed our stay at Stephanie's. Awesome condo that was clean, comfortable and roomy. Wonderful views from Living Room, Balcony and Master Bedroom. Close enough to the water to hear the waves breaking. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Definitely hope to be back!

The condo is absolutely beautiful. The view from both the living room/ balcony and the master bedroom is amazing. We fell asleep every night to the sound of the surf. It rained one of the nights we were there, so we watched a movie on the giant tv. There were so many options for what to watch! Bryan was a super responsive host and when I reached out with a question, he answered almost immediately. The location of the condo is a little bit away from the crowded areas, which we really liked. It made for a more quiet, low-key beach vacation. I highly recommend this rental. You will love it!
