We did our annual meeting with old friends and it was the perfect location! There was a large living room to stay together, fully equipped kitchen! Extreme peace of mind and breathtaking scenery ! The kittens around the house are so sweet. The lady was then so kind that upon our arrival, knowing we were winemakers, she left us 4 bottles to taste in the area ! Thank you !

Farmhouse nothing short of amazing! Equipped with every comfort, from air conditioning to every possible kitchen utensil, not to mention the extra amenities provided in each bathroom or inside the laundry area. Original, modern, refined and elegant furnishings. Dreamy outdoor space! Breathtaking view, an entire orchard with 100% organic products at our complete disposal. Vincenzo is a discreet and reserved host but always present and available as needed. His tips on activities, restaurants and places to visit in the area are very much appreciated. Upon our arrival he gave us a bottle from a local winery and some excellent Abruzzo oil. Our Golden Retriever loved the outdoor space, super well-kept garden and breathtaking 360º view, spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Perfect solution for those fleeing the chaos of the city and looking for a totally relaxing stay. All that's missing is a nice pool, then it would be the house of dreams! We will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful stay in Ortona with family and friends, in an apartment immersed in the Abruzzo countryside. The area is really quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, perfect for those looking for relaxation and serenity. The beauty of the hilly landscape and the silence around make this place a true oasis of peace. The apartment was well cared for and clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spaces were spacious and bright, and the view of the surroundings offered a real spectacle, especially at sunset. The host was exceptionally helpful and attentive, ready to respond to any needs or concerns. He also gave us great tips on what to visit nearby, helping us discover some of the most characteristic places in the area. The location of the apartment is strategic: in a few minutes by car you can reach the main points of interest, from the beaches of the Trabocchi coast, to the historic villages! Definitely recommended!

We spent seven weeks in Franco's loft house. Everything was perfect! The place is extremely quiet and the views are breathtaking. Franco is a discreet but extremely available and responsive host. Communication was excellent before our arrival and throughout the stay. Montesilvano Colle is a very pretty village and it is the starting point for many walks, each more wonderful than the last. One thing is certain: if we can return to this accommodation, we won't hesitate for a second!

The view and location were spectacular! Steps to restaurants and the beach! It was perfect!

The house is nestled in a village rich in history, and you can walk to both the sea and the surrounding woods, taking beautiful walks. We were greeted by co-host Antonella who did her best to help us with our luggage (our car was too big and we were unable to enter the square in front of the house). The ground floor has undergone a conservative renovation that respected the original materials but ensured significant efficiency, new bathrooms, new kitchen, excellent heating considering the many rooms. The house is cozy, bright, spacious (three bedrooms and two bathrooms) and there are two beautiful terraces with an unparalleled sea view. We had a great time and really enjoyed life in the village.

Beautiful apartment, clean and well-equipped with everything. The breathtaking view of the valley and the silence are priceless! It's a newly renovated country house with a kitchen in the dining room with a working fireplace and TV. There are 4 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms + one for studio use and the other with a double sofa bed and TV. There's plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The kitchen is new, complete with new and good quality pots, plates, glasses, pans, etc. Moreno is a perfect host. It exceeded all the best expectations. Highly recommended!

The place was exactly as described – very clean, cozy and equipped with everything you might need. Location is perfect, quiet. The hostess was extremely friendly, helpful and always easily accessible. I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. Absolutely recommended!

everything went well, including the proximity to the beach and its amenities... the pine forest between the house and the sea that we took advantage of every day because of the heat above all during lunch... also those on the greenbay. The only note out of tune is the noise of the train that disturbs during the nest in the pine forest... common or railways should make noise barriers at least in some busiest stretches

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts, Chiara and Sauro, are incredibly friendly and communicative. Our trip started off perfectly with a warm welcome on a central square, from where they guided us to the house and gave us a tour. The house itself was spotless and perfectly located. One of the highlights was the pool—especially great that it was heated during the early season. The surroundings are absolutely stunning, with mountains, beautiful countryside, and even the sea just over half an hour away. Whenever we had a question or needed anything, Chiara and Sauro were there to help. We’ve rarely met such warm and genuine hosts. Highly recommended!

It was evident from the beginning that Fabrizio’s number one goal is to provide first class service to his guests. If you are looking for a beautiful home in a rural setting you won’t be deposited. As grandparents, my wife and I were looking for a place to spend quality time with our adult children, their spouses, and our grandchildren ages 8-14, and at the same time experience Italy from a rural perspective before going to Rome. Our stay in Massa Fermana was full of great experiences: truffle hunting, Italian cooking class and dinner for the entire family with our cook and her husband in their rural home, wineries, restaurants, gelaterias, seaside visit, travel to historic sites. and much more. Since it was the beginning of Olive harvest, we picked olives from the olive trees on our hosts property and although we were not able to have the olives pressed for oil due to time constraints, Fabrizio gave us a bottle of fresh pressed olive oil from the first harvest of the area.

Paola and the family were so friendly. We had the most amazing stay for two nights and wished we had stayed longer. The premesis is stunning and their wine is beautiful. We will be back!

Staying with Michaela and Massimo was wonderful. We felt very comfortable, the view and surroundings were fantastic. The kitchen was well equipped. Thanks to underfloor heating, it was always nice and warm in the apartment, even in April. Our son loved being able to walk around outside and explore everything.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Beautiful location with a lovely outdoor area. The space was great for a big group, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The host was fantastic with responding and provided recommendations in the area - very much so recommend the chef and also the wine tasting nearby. A plus was the pizza oven. Interior of the home is quite simple, some of the outdoor furniture could be in need of some replacement / new cushions. We also needed to pick up a few extra items like soap, shampoo and toilet paper for the bathrooms especially for a one week stay.

Very pleasant vacation at the house of Marco Claudio, a helpful and very kind person. Upon arrival we found a bottle of great red, bread, a salami, a large basket of fresh fruit, and coffee pods for the machine. We were offered a great aperitif during the stay. Great attention to the guest. The house is beachfront (also a free beach) and in front of a pine forest with a children's playground. It has a comfortable garden, large living room, spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms both with a bathtub. Small kitchen but with everything you need (2 refrigerators and 1 dishwasher). Highly recommended apartment!

Leonardo was just a perfect host. In addition to meeting us with an early check-in, he immediately delighted us with some local gems to be able to live it at its best and the small cadeau who brightened our stay. Having bikes available for travel was exceptional, the house was impeccable, the indication of an affiliated bathroom where relaxing was very helpful and classy (in addition to providing us with a discount on lunches and dinners). Highly recommended to anyone, if we come back here we will not hesitate to choose Leonardo for a moment. Thanks again

The house surrounded by olive trees creates an atmosphere of relaxation in absolute silence, all surrounded by a really deserving view. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay (dishes, towels...). Bruno was a very kind host and always ready to help us! The places he recommended left us pleasantly satisfied.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Melarancino with Nala, our 5-month-old dog. The house has everything you need as well as an outdoor space that's great for the dog. Alessio was a very kind and helpful host: he allowed us to arrive before the standard check-in time and stay even after the check-out time. The house is also very close to L'Aquila and Campo Felice.

We spent a few very pleasant days in this house. The location is great, with a really nice and relaxing view, ideal for getting away from the routine and enjoying some tranquility. We found the house cozy and well cared for. We hope to come back in the future, maybe taking even more time to appreciate these really beautiful places.

I had an extraordinary amazing experience. Ilaria and Egidio are awesome! Super friendly, kindly, peaceful people. You can count on them with anything you may need. The house is super well organised and clean. It’s a very great, lovely atmosphere with a beautiful view plus you can also see the ocean from there. They recommended you places to go and give you some ideas in what you can do during the day/night. Anywhere in the nature you will find mosquitos + there you can also find citronella plant and will keep it away {it really works}. They also speak Portuguese and that made it even more special. I could live there… It’s a place to reconnect with yourself! I will definitely gonna come back!! xxx
