Very central accommodation with direct access from the pedestrian area, located on the fifth floor with an elevator. Completely new, quiet and equipped with air conditioning. From the windows you can enjoy a beautiful view of the High Country of San Benedetto del Tronto. Ideal for exploring the city on foot: restaurants, shops, and major attractions. The sea is easily reached by a short walk in the heart of the pedestrian zone. Bicycles are available upon request, and there is a motorcycle parking area just a few meters away.
