Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Martina Franca

Great! The host was very friendly— provided you with local parking and a parking pass as well as picks you up and transports you to and from the home. The host also provided us with a complementary bottle of wine and snacks. The location is 10/10. AC worked very well. The location is above a busy restaurant. Bring ear plugs because the weekends are busy— however, the noise was not an issue at all for us. People who complained about the noise just were not prepared. Very charming apartment. Good beds, well-equipped kitchen, working smart TV. In a beautiful area with beautiful beaches and old town. Parking in the neighborhood is a bit more difficult, but there is always a place to find, even if it is a bit further away. Host is very helpful and welcoming.

Valeria was very welcoming, the accommodation was great (comfortable, practical and beautifully decorated). Recommended!

Daria was a an extremely responsive and cheerful host. She was available for questions throughout our stay. Her place is extremely clean, in a great location next to the beautiful Basilica, an easy 10 minute walk to the train station, in the old town where things happen, and near small south of town beaches. The roof terrace and French doors to tiny terraces are delightful, allowing great airflow through the apartment. There are three flights of narrow stairs. The multi level space has great design, nestled in the historic stone building and neighborhood.

Casa Adelia is one of my favourite AirBnB’s that I’ve stayed in. The house is so full of character and just minutes from Ostuni old town. Our flight from UK was delayed meaning we arrived much later than initially planned, however Alessia was absolutely great about the delay and was really helpful and friendly when we checked in. The house itself was immaculately clean and tidy. All in all, I can’t recommend Casa Adelia too highly

Very clean, spacious and functional accommodation. Several shops and a gas station nearby, and good location to discover Puglia (car needed!). Domenico is very nice, good advice and welcoming despite our late arrival.

It was really a pleasure to stay at Cecilia's house. The host has always been very helpful and kind, as well as very flexible on both check-in and check-out times. The house looks great, is clean and is in a great location with many venues and services nearby, without considering the proximity to the seafront. I'll be back soon! Thanks again Cecilia!

Simona was an ideal hostess. Always available if needed, but never intrusive. The location is very peaceful and quiet.

We had the most amazing time at the Villa it was better than the pictures when we got there. Grazia communicated really well and gave great instructions on how to get there. The pool the rooms everything was perfect. There was of 6 us in our groups 3 couples and we enjoyed nights by the pool and a few dinners in town at Ceglie.M great little town. We did a few day trips to Ostuni Alberobello Monopoli and many more. There were great grocery stores which Grazia told us about and we made that a fun outing going to do the shopping. You definitely need a car if you stay in this area and this villa. We loved our adventure and it was a bucket list experience being in this region and enjoying its culture. Thank you

Adorable apartment close to the center of town. Easy communication with the host. Five minute easy walk to historic center. The place was clean and the key easy to use. I reccomend this home.

We had a lovely experience staying in this traditional house in Ostuni. It’s very interesting felt like we were in a fairytale house. Great location in town. Thelma was a very kind and helpful host.

We had a great vacation, our friends did enjoy their experience as it was the first time in Puglia. For me it was a coming back home as I am from Puglia. The trulli were cozy, clean, and comfortable, the area is great to relax, and most of all it’s completely private and safe. Great place to stay with comfortable bed and pillows and the rooftop terrace was big and private! Antonio was very responsive and was super flexible with our check in time as we arrived later than expected. Would recommend staying here!

Claudia was an absolute delight. She was very kind and helpful, and even allowed us to check in earlier. The apartment itself is a gem! It's beautifully stylish and very bright. We particularly loved having two balconies, offering lovely spots to enjoy the Polignano ambiance. The location is truly unbeatable - it is within walking distance from all attractions. I absolutely recommend this place.

We loved our stay at Donatella’s place! Even though we were unlucky with the weather it was really cosy and sweet. The reception and internet is a little bit of an issue for us but we figured it out! Antonio the grounds keeper was great! Super friendly and tried to help us as much as possible even though there was a language barrier. Don’t keep your doors/car doors open!! The cats will come in. We had little muddy footprints all through our car haha!

Had a wonderful stay in Villa Particolare. We stayed in the studio for 2 weeks. Beautiful clean space and everything present! Beautiful, quiet area near Martina Franca. Peter and Anita are very warm people. They gave us many tips about the area. We felt right at home!

Claudia’s place was in a great location and the bonus was the garage for parking. It was easy to walk yo all the restaurants and the beaches. Claudia was very responsive but also respectful of our privacy. We would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Claudia.

The Trullo is located in a quiet, peaceful setting about 10 minutes from Alberobello. It was a good base to visit surrounding towns. It is 2 separate apartments each with their own kitchen and bathroom. We were 2 single women travelling so we each had our own space. There was a selection of breakfast items and a coffee machine so that we could begin our mornings You absolutely need a car. There is only one restaurant in the small town of Coreggia. Reservations are recommended. The restaurant is closed Tuesday. I recommend getting a few groceries to have in your fridge. Lucia was a great, generous and accomodating host! Due to illness, we had to delay our arrival by 4 days. There happened to still be availability beyond our original booking date. We were able to extend the reservation, without being charged for the extra days. I can't thank Lucia enough! Lei è stata gentilissima!!!

Lovely apartment in a great location on the outskirts of the old town. Hosts were very helpful and answered any queries we had very quickly. No complaints.

The stay in the Antonella´s apartment was nice. Great location in the heart of Monopoli and easy to access the historical parts, restaurants so as well the beaches on the side. Helpful instructions on parking and quick responses whenever we needed. The stairs into the apartment are very steep but thats how it is in these buildings:)

We were welcomed with professionalism and cordiality, after contacts through apps that already predicted that it would have been a very pleasant stay. The host's care and availability are already worth the choice. The accommodation, then, is a jewel that is not expected because in the center of Montalbano. Finely furnished and clean rooms, living room with comfortable and elegant kitchen and garden and patio that know about Villa on the sea and perfect breakfast.
