Only 15 minutes to The Discovery Park of America. The home boasts three bedrooms, including 2 sets of bunk twin beds, a full bedroom, and a queen master suite. This rustic lakeside home boasts 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms, and an upstairs bonus room. An ideal base to explore Martin, just 3.5 miles from city limits of Martin. To relax, try the surround jets in the master shower! Note: We only own the house and part of backyard. We do not own the lake, the land around the lake, or the shop behind the house. Fishing and recreation are not allowed on the lake at this time. High speed fiber internet is coming in 2026. Current WiFi is slow

Conveniently located approx 5 miles west of Paris. Pops Cabin, is located on our small 16 acre (work in progress) hobby farm of goats, chickens, 2 farm friendly dogs and occasionally a cat or 2 can be observed. :) You get the cabin all to yourself and It comes with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, full kitchen, a front porch to sit down and relax. Yard space available for children to play in. We are a working farm, pets are allowed under certain conditions, along with a pet fee.
