Clean apartment in a good location close to the beach, secure residence. Very responsive host, really not disappointed with my stay, go without a second thought

I had an exceptional stay in this apartment! The place is not only beautiful and well located, but the welcome was really warm. The apartment is very well equipped, modern, and very comfortable. Every detail has been thought out to make our experience enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and carefree stay. Very beautiful place with a breathtaking view on the sea and mountains. The house was clean and spacious. It looks better than the pictures. Mohammed the host was very friendly and proactive. I would only advice to have more kitchen stuff like a mixer and Coffee machine

Our stay at the villa was perfect. The villa is located in a private residence where the entrance is monitored 24/7 by a caretaker. The setting is beautiful and the villa gives direct access to the beach through the garden. Finally the real plus of this villa for us is the pool with its large garden very well maintained. Special mention to Abderrezak who is the caretaker of the villa and is very responsive to the request we can make to him. Thank you again for this vacation!

We spent several nights at Zakaria's apartment, everything went very well in terms of communication and access to the accommodation. The listing is as described and photographed. The sea is within walking distance and we were able to enjoy the pool :) Great place to discover Martil, travel to Tetouan, M'diq... I recommend it!

He advised us on activities and places to go. everything is functional in the accommodation, very nice decoration. note that the residence is very busy and very lively during this time of year.

Everything was spotless, kindness as owner and Fatine, quiet environment and peaceful nights:-) beach 2 minutes away, umbrella booked, cleanliness of the apartment and complex, private parking....if we return to Cabo, we will resume contact without fail with Youssef to rent this apartment again. I recommend it 100%

The house is very nice clean and very close to the beach with direct access. Everything is available in the house for cooking, large screen with Netflix. Mohamed is very reactive when you ask for something. House is good for family too.

Rarely do you find a place that just fits. The views? Unreal. The location? Spot on. The details? Thoughtful in a way that makes you wonder why more places aren’t designed like this. Every corner felt like it was meant to be explored, and honestly, finding something this good is near impossible. Then there’s Amine—professional, quick to respond, and somehow always one step ahead, even with questions beyond the stay itself. The kind of host who makes the experience seamless. 10/10. A great value accommodation, 4/5 min walk from the corniche and many restaurants, in a secure and very clean complex. Hamza and Ahmed were more than available, incredibly kind, I would highly recommend.
