Alloggio molto bello, spazioso, pulito ed in posizione strategica per visitare il centro e tutti i meravigliosi locali dei dintorni.

Sehr nette Frau gibt dir sehr gute Vorschläge was man in Venedig machen kann. Als wir angekommen sind ist adelina raus gekommen und bisschen geredet und noch mal alles ausführlicher erklärt 🥰 kann ich wirklich nur weiter empfehlen!!!! Man braucht nicht zögern :))

Am avut o experiență excelentă în acest apartament! Totul a fost exact ca în poze – curat, spațios și foarte bine echipat. Locația este perfectă, aproape de magazine, restaurante și mijloace de transport. Gazda a fost extrem de prietenoasă și atentă la detalii, oferindu-ne toate informațiile necesare pentru un sejur fără griji. Ne-am simțit ca acasă și cu siguranță vom reveni! Recomand cu încredere!

E' la seconda volta che recensisco l'alloggio di Giuliana. E' una vera e propria casa, spaziosa, confortevole e anche calda se ci andate in inverno ;) Si arriva al mare o ai negozi in pochi minuti, ma la location e' verde e tranquilla. Giuliana e' una host perfetta, e noi consigliamo il suo alloggio a tutti quelli che vogliono trascorrere un periodo di totale relax a Caorle con la famiglia o gli amici.

Ein schönes und großzügiges Appartement! Schöner Pool! Ruhig gelegen, gleich daneben befindet sich ein Pferdehof, was natürlich den Kindern sehr gefallen hat. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Silvia und ihr Mann haben uns sehr freundlich bei sich aufgenommen. Leider waren wir nur zwei Nächte da, aufgrund der Lage sind Ausflüge nach Treviso, Bassano oder Marostica ohne Probleme in kurzer Zeit möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a great stay. Very close to the ocean and walking distance from restaurants, shops and bars.

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito e in una posizione perfetta, edificio molto tranquillo, quartiere sicuro. Romano e le sue figlie sono molto solidale, reattivi e amichevole....un grande aprezzamento, l'alloggio lo prenoterei di nuovo in qualsiasi momento

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber für ein bis zwei Personen absolut ausreichend. Man findet alles was man braucht und der „eigene“ Freisitz vor der Wohnung eignet sich hervorragend zum frühstücken oder für abendliches gemütliches beisammen sitzen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. :)

Great stay! Spacious with an ornate high ceiling and good layout. Spent entire days on the deck watching all the different types of boats navigate together as the Grand Canal squeezes down to curve under the Rialto Bridge. The adjustable awnings provide shade as the sun set each day. Very historical feeling, knowing people have been watching that view for over a thousand years, incredible! As a logistical note for seniors, the steps are well done, carpeted, wide, and well-lit with good handrails.
