A very peaceful stay as we wanted. The apartment is well equipped and in a good location. We arrived on a Sunday evening and were able to shop nearby without any problems. We enjoyed the bright stay and access to many channels! Mickael and Sarah did everything to make our stay enjoyable!

Warm welcome, Dominique makes sure everything is clear if there are any questions, very accommodating and available! The accommodation is close to the train station and not very far from the historic center, close to the theater, shops, restaurants... While being in a very quiet alley, it's really nice! And on top of that, the place is cute, I felt good there!

We had a wonderful time staying at Christophe's place. It's perfect for a large group or family vacation, with a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of rooms for relaxation, and even a playroom to keep the kids entertained. The location is excellent—close to supermarkets and nearby attractions. Christophe was respectful and flexible throughout our communication.

We had a great stay with my family! The accommodation is very nice, perfectly equipped and really comfortable, it immediately feels like home. The bedding is of very good quality, and the surrounding calm allows total rest. We were lucky enough to enjoy the garden and its facilities, a real plus. Benjamin is a very friendly and responsive host. We highly recommend and will be back with great pleasure!

We stayed for a week in Thibaut's family home. Thibaut is very friendly and responsive and he gave us precise instructions regarding both the house and the feeding of his animals (1 cat, 2 guinea pigs and 2 chickens). The house is an old house, tastefully renovated, very clean and extremely quiet but which unfortunately includes many steps that can be a problem for people moving with difficulty, which was the case in our family. The house is ideally located for visiting the area and the town has all the local shops a few minutes walk away. There is no parking lot in front of the house, but very easy on the surrounding streets.

Very pleasant accommodation, well arranged with large rooms (bathroom bedroom living room), very bright. The kitchen is nice with a large worktop . Between house and apartment. The shower is powerful and very hot. The well heated apartment. The ceiling height really gives the impression of well-being, very bright, well heated, tastefully decorated, cocooning effect assured. 1st and last floor (of only 4 steps), it feels like a house. Windows are elevated from the street. The garage focused a little low but deep and wide is a plus on this paid parking street (toyota corolla break, you can open the trunk without touching the ceiling). superb moment in the accommodation.

I had a great stay at David's place. It's a lively neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaurants and easy access to the metro. And the apartment is set back from the street, so it was very quiet and peaceful. The place matches the photos, and was very clean and efficient -- perfect for one or two people for a short stay in Rennes. David was very responsive and got back to me within 5-10 minutes when I messaged him with some questions.

Our stay went perfectly, the apartment is even better in person than in the pictures! Like a hotel but with a little warm touch, with all the necessary equipment for any type of traveler (complete baby equipment and of very good quality). Didier is an attentive and very caring host. The apartment is located in the middle of Janzé, everything is within walking distance!
