Stayed here whilst visiting friends in the area. The town of Poggiardo is charming and laid back, and Alberto's accommodations are equally charming. I can't say enough good things about this spot. We were so sad to leave and wished we had planned more days in the space. Alberto was communicative and friendly from the time of booking to check out, and he gave us a ton of helpful tips to enjoy the region. The apartment is clean and well furnished with everything you need. We didn't cook, but if you want to, the kitchen is fully stocked and there are plenty of close spots to buy great food. The weather in Puglia was really cold during our stay, but the apartment is well heated and stayed cozy and warm. We loved the beautiful light in the bedroom and I could have easily spent an entire day just chilling at the house. It was too cold for the roof terrace, but next time! The street is quiet and parking is plentiful. Hoping to return soon!!

It was such a pleasure to spend a few days at this hidden gem, hosted by Emanuele, his wife Laura, sister Giulia, and parents Simonetta and Tomasso, all of whom made us feel right at home. We were spoiled by the daily breakfasts they prepared, and Emanuele provided many great local recommendations for us. The pool and surroundings are so peaceful, and the room was very comfortable. We could not have asked for a better place to explore Salento from, or for more generous and welcoming hosts!

Francesca’s apartment is clean, spacious, had everything we needed and was in a perfect location. If you are staying in Lecce this apartment is in the best location for enjoying the restaurants and architecture. Lecce was also a perfect location to visit southern Puglia beaches. Francesca was a lovely host, very responsive and gave a lot of good recommendations. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Everything was great with Alessandro's apartment, although it doesn't have private parking, we were lucky enough to find a place on the street. Good location and clean.

We had a lovely stay in Lecce, thanks to Marion. She was extremely kind and welcoming, and went above and beyond by providing thoughtful, detailed recommendations that truly enhanced our experience. She checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, which we appreciated so much. The apartment itself was beautiful, comfortable, and full of character, and such a peaceful place to return to after exploring the city. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned due to a long drive and poorly timed flights on our part, but we truly wish we could have stayed longer. This was a 10/10 experience, and we hope to return one day. Highly recommend!!

We had a great time at Filippo's place. The house is on the main street of San Donato di Lecce. It is spacious, well decorated, very clean and well equipped. Beautiful terrace. The street side bedroom is quite noisy with traffic. No problem finding a parking space (free) on the street. The apartment's location is ideal for visiting the south of the area. A supermarket a few kilometers away and the train station 100m away (we went to Lecce by train. Very convenient). Thanks to Filippo for his advice and kindness. I would recommend it in a second.

Pierluigi’s flat is perfect for a trip to Lecce. It is in a lovely part of the old city. Pierluigi was generous and kind in his responses. Lecce and Pierluigi are equally lovely.

The apartment was very comfortably furnished. You felt more at home than in a vacation apartment. The amenities were also particularly good: dishwasher, washing machine, fly screens on all windows, fully equipped kitchen. In 5 minutes walk you are at the water and a few restaurants. In 20 minutes, you can walk to the old town with more restaurants. Maria Cristina was extremely nice, welcomed us personally and made our stay a pleasant one. For cars, there is a private parking space right at the apartment. The place is a clear recommendation! We'd book again:-)

Comfortable accommodation near the sea, clean house, available host, the only thing to review is the mattresses a little uncomfortable, otherwise perfect, I'll be happy to go back.

The accommodation is tastefully and modernly furnished. We enjoyed the sunset from our own terrace every evening, just fantastic views! Within walking distance are the two charming places with beach promenade! Parking was easily possible right in front of the house in October. Lorenzo and the co-hosts were always helpful and very friendly - highly recommended!

I would give this place and host 6 stars if I could! It’s a HUGE apartment that’s part of a palazzo built in the 1400s. Luigia is the most charming, warm, friendly and helpful host ever! She makes you feel at home and does so many thoughtful things like stocking the fridge with food and beverage items, walking you through the place with the right level of detail and even made my restaurant reservations for me like a concierge. The location is 2 mini blocks off the main square yet tranquil as can be. And the bed is the most comfortable of my 5 weeks in Italy thus far! I love Lecce, this place and this host! Can’t wait to return.

Nieves was wonderful. She went way out of her way to make us feel welcome. She even volunteered to go shopping for us, since we arrived late in the evening!! When the hot water heater stopped working, she and a technician came out the same day to resolve the issue. When we locked ourselves out of the apartment she made a special trip to provide us extra keys. She is such a nice lady. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The private courtyard was quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfortable. The linens were pressed. If we ever return to Lecce, we will stay here again.

We absolutely loved this apartment! Very spacious and clean, and had everything we needed. We chose this place because of walkability to old town (about 30 min walk) and easy access parking, but fell in love with the apartment. Beautiful views from the balcony! We were also very thankful for the snacks available when we arrived. We will definitely be back. Thank you Domenico!

It’s a very nice apartment block, there’s 6 units in total, the location suited our trip, we were greeted by a lovely lady called Lucia who showed us around and made us feel very welcome. Our apartment was beautiful and quiet, very well equipped. I would recommend getting a top floor apartment as the bottom apartment we stayed in was noisy from people walking or moving chairs upstairs. My only other recommendation is that the second bedroom be fitted with a blind as the light shines through, this didn’t worry us but might others. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will still recommend you staying.

Antonio was very helpful and explained everything at check-in. He was on hand if we needed him. We messaged about connecting to the WiFi and he was very helpful. Definitely a recommended host! We had a good stay. Everything as described. Steep stairs up to the bedroom and the roof so we had to be very careful. Nice bakery, gelateria, pizzeria and vintage shop all within walking distance.

Great apartment, which we really enjoyed, from a great host. The beautiful house in which the apartment is located has its very beautiful courtyard. There is an underground garage. Dominico was very friendly, always in touch. The apartment is located near the main shopping area of the city, a little far from the beaches, but we were in a car, so it didn't bother us. There is a big strip of great beaches in town where there are parking lots. The water in the sea is very clean. If I can, I will be happy to visit this city again and will definitely return to this wonderful apartment.
