Vacation rentals with lake access in Marshall County

Overall great experience. House is quite dated but as a friend said it’s a blast from the past and kinda grandma chic if you are into that kind of thing. Only issues we encountered were a lack of descent coffee mugs, a broken burner on the stovetop, and know the house is served by well water which had a strong smell and taste but they did have a filter/RO system installed in the kitchen. Communication with host was excellent and request for late checkout granted which was much appreciated. Hope to stay here again.

We had the best time at Kelly’s place! We enjoyed every minute of our stay… The house was spotless, the internet worked super fast, the beds were super comfy the decorations were perfect Definitely a great experience !

Perfect location! Unobstructed views of Lake Max from the 2 main bedrooms on the first floor and living space. Very close to town and not too far from the academy. I would rent this house again for the location and the views!

Great place to stay. It happened to snow while we were there and they came out to shovel the sidewalks. Kari had great recommendations for restaurants and there was a small town with plenty of places to eat within 4 miles. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Southbend. We were there for the game. If we are back in the area we will definitely stay again.

We can't say enough about our stay. First, the hosts were friendly, responsive, thoughtful and very helpful. The setting was even prettier than the pictures--a quiet and peaceful area close enough to many activities, restaurants, and shops. The house itself was again even better than the pictures. It has a unique layout, history, and decor that was fun in itself. We highly recommend, and hope to visit again next year!

Fantastic location and plenty of rooms to spread out.

Michael's lake front home was a true gem!! We had a wonderful time as a family and were truly sad to leave. Michael was extremely accommodating and trusting. The house is completely updated and pristine. Plenty of room and completely "tricked out" with amenities. The property is magical. Great yard, swimming, boating and fishing. It is not called "Lake Of The Woods Sunset Shore" by accident. Would love to give it 6 stars!

This is not our first stay at this beautiful Culver bungalow within walking distance of the Academy and steps to town. But it was definitely the longest and most memorable as we celebrated our daughter's graduation. Their place is a home filled with connection to the Academy without being overwhelmed by it. We are grateful to have found this place and host to accommodate our many Culver stays. They are warm, friendly, proactive hosts familiar with the rise and fall throughout the year of Culver activities. Always greeting us with fresh flowers, sweets and in one instance a custom charcuterie board. We love this place as much for the "it fits our needs" to the vibe and comfort/love we feel each time we're lucky enough to visit. Thank you J and L Sp!!

Great little spot. Really loved the local coffee shop. Didn't spend much time in town, but drove to the national park instead. Great spot to save a little and still be able to enjoy the beach and parks.

Great location if you wanna be on the water and also close to town. I found it super accessible to walk or drive to the local restaurants and shops. The apartment is not the newest but it's very well kept and was very clean. I was very comfortable and would rent again.

Great place, centrally located. 5 minute walk to Cafe Max and Main Street shops in one direction, and the Lakehouse Grille or Culver Coffee in the other, with Papa's just a couple minutes beyond that. The patio and main bedroom balcony are great for morning coffee and enjoying the view. Suzy was very responsive to messages. Will likely stay here again on the next trip.

We had a great time and really enjoyed staying at condo #165. It is a beautiful place, well stocked, and very clean!!

We had an amazing time! Me and my boyfriend stayed for one night, the patio and dock were super cozy and we really enjoyed sitting out there at night just listening to music and having some drinks. Super nice area, the beach isn't too far and they have some fun bars and restaurants in the area. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I loved our stay!! One of the most relaxing and peacful stays we've ever had. Stone Lake is an awesome backdrop and Laporte offers everything you need! Thanks again!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Green House. It’s a perfect location to walk to the lake, the many shops and restaurants in the village and Grace College. Everything we needed was there and Samantha gave us great instructions and recommendations. The house is old and has some quirks that comes with that but it was accurately described in the listing and didn’t effect our stay at all. We were impressed with how clean it was. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Great location and spacious

Great weekend at a great property. Clean, comfortable, and well appointed (with some high end touches!). Super easy check in and check out, exceptionally responsive hosts, and great views from a beautiful part of the lake. Rented a pontoon for a day and had the pier to tie it off to. Neighbors were pleasant. My 80s+ parents were with us. They had a wonderful time and were very pleased with their accommodations. Win/Win/Win!!

Lorene was an amazing host. The home was exactly as pictured. It was stocked with everything needed plus some. Would definitely stay here again.

This is our third stay here with Emerson. We have enjoyed all three very much. We are already talking about coming back next year. The lake provides lots of activities for the whole family.

A Perfect Getaway on Lake Manitou! Staying at Shawn's summer cottage on Lake Manitou was an absolute delight! The cottage is cozy, well-maintained, and has everything you need for a relaxing retreat. The views of the lake from the cottage are simply breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. We loved sitting on the deck, soaking in the peaceful surroundings. The neighbors were incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the charm of our stay. The cottage itself is well-equipped with all the amenities you could ask for, making it feel like a home away from home. Whether you're looking to unwind by the lake or explore the area, this cottage is the perfect spot. We can't wait to come back!
