Terrific location just outside the main old town area with a grocery store just around the corner. Kitchen was good, wifi was pretty reasonable and the rooftop terrace was really nice. Having a washer and a place to hang clothes on the roof was very useful. The living room area is small but functional and had everything we needed. The heater kept the temperature comfortable even on cool March evenings. Self-checkin was handy, too.

Perfect place to relax and disconnect from it all. House is exactly like the photos and truly is directly on relatively quiet beach. Neighborhood is quiet and a great place to recharge. The house is the second house on a private lot but private enough where you can relax. Kenza and team were excellent. Job well done and would happily stay here again and again.

our stay at Hamza's was refreshing. the apartment is very beautiful, clean, ideal for a family of 4. a lively and popular neighborhood where it is easy to shop: grocer, pastry chef, coffee... very well positioned 5 minutes from carthage by taxi, 10 minutes from sidi bou said, 15 minutes from the center of tunis. possible to catch a taxi easily. I really recommend it!

well located, well equipped and very spacious home. Parking is an essential advantage for the situation. The neighborhood is touristy, very busy. On the other hand, the place can be a little noisy especially since the apartment is located on the 1st floor. But it's a small disadvantage to enjoying the view. We will be back!

Such a cool and unique place in a beautiful oceanfront neighborhood. I appreciated the thoughtful touches of a welcome note, a couple bottles of water and a bowl of delicious oranges. Loved the spacious, artsy living area especially. (It looks just like the photos.) I stayed in February and it was chilly outside but the house is well-heated, so very nice to come home to. The host is kind and hospitable and quickly took care of any maintenance issues (light bulb to replace, door sticking.) The kitchen is a unique layout but well-equipped for cooking, although a better knife would be great. A great place to stay in Marsa Plage!
