Vacation rentals with beach access in Marsa

Great host! The place was beautiful and felt like home.

Everything worked out. Nice place to stay close enough to the tourist resorts but far enough to escape the tourist crowds. Authentic area with everything you need. Cozy apartment and lovely terrace.

Great location and just as described. Beautifully furnished. I recommend meeting the host of possible. I did not, and it was a little difficult to find, but not impossible. Check ininstructions were clear. Be aware that the unit is on the 4th floor, which provided for nice views. Having the rooftop terrace one flight up was very nice. Mohammed was very responsive. The only downside is something banged loudly when it got windy. But I would stay there again without hesitation.

My 2nd time here, the place is located in a calm neighborhood and close to grocery stores, restaurants and bars. Nour & Nabil are very friendly and responsible host

IT. DOES. NOT. GET. BETTER. This place is VERY underrated. The ocean view is unbelievable. This is a 5 star hotel atmosphere. The olace was prestine, Very clean. I seriously felt like home. I felt as relaxed as I was on my own couch throusand miles away. Very warm place. Spacious and very cozy rooms. Do not hesitate at all. Omar is another story. helpful and answers before you even text. Ready to help in anything you ask. Ah, what a nice stay and memories. Thank u Omar.

Great host + location!

We had a great time at Hichem's with our 2-year-old daughter. The apartment was clean, spacious, functional, comfortable and tastefully decorated, even better than in the photos! I also appreciated the fact that the baby bed had a mattress for the baby's comfort. Ideal location, located at the entrance to La Marsa, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Street parking was easy, especially at the end of the day. Hichem is a friendly and available host. The only negative point was the elevator was out of service, the 3 floors are rough with a baby, or heavy loads, but we had been warned. I would recommend this place and will gladly come back Thanks again!

I have stayed here many times and have always been happy with my stay. The apartment is close to the ocean, as well as the market and several restaurants. Host is very responsive, the unit was very clean. I would highly recommend it.

I had a great time at this amazing one-bedroom villa; it was even better than I expected! As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by the cosy and gentle vibe. The inside was nicely designed with modern furniture and special details that gave it a comfortable, homely vibe. The living space was roomy and cosy, just right for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. What a lovely bedroom! It's snug and elegant, with a comfy bed perfect for a good night's rest. On top of everything, the villa was spotlessly clean, making my stay even more relaxing. The views from the living room were exceptional! Plus, the host's attention to detail and the extras provided really took the experience up a notch! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook up a storm, from pots and pans to tools and gadgets. Plus, the villa included high-speed internet, which is great for keeping in touch and having fun while you're not out and about. My time in this villa was very outstanding!

Dodi was a perfect host and went out of his way for us whenever we asked him to. He is a delightful person and we felt completely comfortable and happy in his property. The place itself is unique on multiple floors with a great deck for cooling down in the afternoon. The street is very quiet yet close to everything. The TV in the living room was great and the air con worked perfectly for us. We were very lucky to meet him on our checkout day as he helped to facilitate us leaving our bags for the day. Truly great property with a perfect host.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and in a perfect location—just a short walk from the beach and many great restaurants. Youssef was an outstanding host. He went above and beyond to make our trip memorable, sharing excellent tips and local recommendations. He even took us on a wonderful tour of the Medina and Carthage, which was a highlight of our visit. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay in La Marsa. A very helpful and friendly host. He was always reachable and helpful.

Martine's place is just great! Martine is a great host - very open and very helpful, you feel like home. The accommodation itself is very large and has all the amenities: electric windows, very good mattresses from hard to soft, coffee maker, lots of sockets and hair dryer, lots of towels, lots of seating, etc. The most beautiful is the gallery upstairs and the furnishings. The location is also very good, you can drive to the beach of la Marsa for 2-3 euros and there are a lot of restaurants there. We would love to stay there again anytime!

Atef was a great host, very responsive. The apartment was comfortable and I felt safe at all hours. The location was very convenient for the activities that I had planned and was on just off of the main street where the public bus runs.

The accommodation is very well located and has stunning views of Sidi Bousaid beach. Seif was very available and proactive. I highly recommend it.

I enjoyed my stay at Lara’s place, her apartment was as described on Airbnb; a comfortable space in a secure building and nice neighbourhood. La Marsa was fun to explore with its proximity to the beach, coffee shops, grocery stores. Lara was easy to reach and always very responsive; a pleasure to interact with. I would come back!

Spacious, clean without any neighborhood disturbance next to the center of kram. Super quiet place. It is certain that if I come back to Tunis I would call on Mr. Moujehed. If you want to rent from him, go there without so much as a second thought. It's perfect.

The house is very cool, very clean, and located in a quiet and distinctive location. Professor Omar is a respectable and friendly person, who likes to help others and does his best to serve you at any time. I strongly recommend staying in this apartment for its ideal location, high cleanliness, generosity and good treatment of Mr. Omar. It's worth repeating! 🌟

It was a pleasure staying in the apartment. Everything was as described, comfortable sofas allowed to relax in the evening, with the movie, like in your own home. Had a great 4-day stay at this place in La Marsa. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped and perfectly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, while being in close proximity to many restaurants, cafes and bars. The location is ideal for enjoying La Marsa, Sidi Bou Said and Carthage. I would highly recommend it!
