Waterfront vacation rentals in Marsa Matrouh Governorate

We enjoyed a cozy, quiet stay at Seif & Dr. Sherine’s place for my birthday during Ramadan 🩵 we were the only ones in the compound since it’s a holy month, but we still enjoyed our stay nonetheless and took advantage of the empty beach and peaceful surroundings. Dr. Sherine was kind enough to take us to get groceries upon our check in as the usual markets were closed and there is no food delivery in this area, she even offered for us to eat the food she left if we ran out! 😍 She was very kind and checked up on us during our stay. Important to note, this is the kind of Airbnb that is lived in when it’s not rented to guests, it didn’t bother my fiancé and I, but for reference to other travelers that might care and prefer a different experience. There is no wifi (which is in the listing) and cell service isn’t great so prepare for this as well as the mosquitos (there are bug repellents provided but I prefer a natural repellent I brought with me). Our stay in captain mohamed’s apartment was great. He was very responsive , kind and helpful. The apartment was very spacious , clean and well equipped. It’s located in walking distance from a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes. We could view the beach from the balconies which was a huge plus. The roof had a beautiful view of the entire city and the beaches, charming is one word to describe it. Thank you captain Mohamed for the great hospitality , wishing you all the best.

The place was perfect with incredible views. Sarah was really nice and helpful. We also found anything we needed in the neighbourhood. Everything was clean and the kitchen was complete. I would recommend it for sure.

It was nice vacation I’m enjoyed

A lovely spot. Dont expect luxury but expect that you will find your basic needs. A very accomodating and hospitable host. The appartment is ocean facing however it is a beach you cannot swim in due to the rocks and high waves, not sure if I missed it on the listing but havent noticed it mentioned. There is a large salty pool which made up for the no ocean swimming. There is a small supermarket with basics however you need to do your shopping 15 mins away by car. The unit is tight, if you are a clumsy person (like me) you can easily knock something off the stove while washing the dishes. Overall highly recommended if you are looking for some quality and peaceful time.

The Apartment was perfect for my stay in Alexanderia Close to all the locations I wanted to visit and close access to public transport facilities and several private parking garages close by and it is Clean And matching the photos and description listed Abdelrahman was very welcoming and and responsive to all requests which helped alot with my visit to Alexanderia overall

Wael is a very nice host. He was like a father for me : asking me if I need something, here when i needed, always communicating with me, finding the beat price for transportation, finding best place to eat... It was very nice to stay at his place. The place is safe, clean, quiet and the view is wonderful. People around are also very wel 9ming and the guard of the building and his son are very nice !It was a real pleasure to stay and I highly recommend this place. Thank you very much Wael !

We really enjoyed our time at Ahmad’s. The place has beautiful surroundings and is very close to the beach, gym, masjid and supermarket who deliver. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We went off season and virtually had the beach to ourselves. We took our cat with us and she settled quite quickly which is a good sign.

Excellent location. Very comfortable beds and a hot shower. The walk along the sea entertained us each day. The tunnel to cross the street is very close. And the red double decker tour bus took us where we wanted to go each day for only 25 EP one way. The communication was very fast when we needed anything. We were grateful for the time we were able to spend here.
