It is a beautiful apartment with a wonderful view of the Mediterranean. It’s a great location, within walking distance of many good restaurants at the Gleem. The apartment is quiet, on the top floor (12) of the building. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking utensils. The living room is spacious with a Greek decor. It has one large bedroom with sea view and one small bedroom. There is a great balcony overlooking the sea. Nehal is a gracious, accommodating host who makes her guests feel at home.

Alaa and Dr. Hanan were so sweet and followed up on me several times to make sure everything was great. I really felt like being home and a part of family as they had so heartwarming personalities. They communicate very well in English and Arabic and Alaa even speaks Danish! The apartment was nice in terms cleanliness, location, and space. Overall it was a great experience 😊😊😊

Mr Mohamer is a good communicator abd very responsive. the appartment has a very good location near to any publuc transportation the building main door is so hard to open. if you come back to the building late (after 11pm) you will find it hard to open with the keys you have but he has promised to change the keys soon also the washer is manual which is hard to wash your cloths yourself but overall a good quality verses price

Amazing place and an amazing view, cozy and clean chalet. Nael is very helpful. Thanks a lot to Nael for renting out the apartment!! The apartment was very clean, fresh clean air, all bed linen, towels are clean. My bad was so nice for good strong dream, it has good comfortable mattresse, good soft pillows. The bathroom and toilet were also in perfect clean condition. The apartment has all the necessary utensils, all the necessary household appliances, everything works. There are shops near apartment. The owner is very responsible and friendly, I asked him a lot of questions, since it was the first time in Cairo - he told and showed everything, thank a lot him for that. I hope that in the future we will be lucky with housing and owner as this time we were lucky to rent an apartment from Nael. Thank you for your hospitality.

Loved everything about the place. The apartment is so clean and well equipped. Excellent communication with the host, he is super helpful and responsive. The location is perfect and near from Marassi North Beach . Excellent view for Blanca lagoon . Price was great compared to the location . Definitely coming back again.

Overall our stay was very pleasant at Mr Adel’s villa. We enjoyed swimming in the Mediterranean, the proximity of the place to the beach was a major plus. There are few inconveniences: the village does not have any restaurants so we have to drive outside every night to get food, around 25 mins drive one way. There was a small leak in the kitchen, one of the fan is not working, the restroom shower is smaller than usual, and the bed mattresses are not very comfortable. That being said, the place is worth it if you are looking for a getaway escape from the city. Overall, we are happy to recommend this location.

A perfect stay. Amazing villa for which the pictures don’t do justice. It’s huge with a great pool and lots of games/amenities to keep you and the family entertained and well cared for. Mahmoud is super responsive, helpful and can provide everything you need including cleaner, cook, transportation, excursions, restaurant/sightseeing recommendations all at exceptional prices. He even spent one hour negotiating at a hair salon (for the missus and daughters) to ensure that I, as a non Egyptian, was not overpaying. I’ve stayed at hundreds of Airbnbs as I travel a lot (including a lot in dubai) and I can honestly say that Mahmoud was the most genuine, sincere and kind host I have met to date. Thank you Mahmoud!

Kareem was very friendly and helpful, the place was clean, spacious and comfy. I enjoyed the stay and will definitely come back again as it's my best experience I've ever had in north coast. Hints and tips: prepare yourself to have a BBQ since there's a great BBQ grill with all utensils set. Don't forget to try Stavolta's ice cream next to the beach and have lunch at the beach restaurant with it's fabulous view and food taste. I had a fantastic stay at Ali's place! The duplex was spotless and exactly as described. The decor was stylish, and the amenities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. They were also very accommodating with my check-in and check-out times, which made my travel experience even smoother. I recently stayed at Donia’s place and had such a wonderful experience. The house is incredibly tranquil, clean, and beautifully decorated—it honestly exceeded my expectations. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The view is lovely, and it’s just a short walk to the beach. Donia was a great host, always responsive and attentive to our needs. The beds were very comfortable, and the house offered plenty of privacy, which made it feel like a true getaway. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, the internet is fast, and there’s parking space for at least three cars. Security is also available right outside the house, which added peace of mind. The space itself is generous, with a maid’s room and a master bedroom conveniently located on the ground floor. The house is also fully air-conditioned and surrounded by several pools, which was a big plus. Overall, I had a great time and would totally recommend it!

Everything was perfect. The house was very clean and had all the amenities you could ever need. The pool was very clean too (was cleaned daily). The garden has a nice view of the sea. Engi was very helpful and responsive, she answered all our questions, suggested local stores and places to go she also got us a baby crib for our infant which was very nice of her.
