Wij hadden een heel aangenaam verblijf in dit huis, de perfecte uitvalsbasis om Noord-Sardinië te verkennen (bijvoorbeeld Stintino, Alghero, Bosa, Costa Paradiso, Isola Rossa, Palau en het binnenland). Het huis ligt rustig met een prachtig panoramisch uitzicht op zee en bergen. Het huis is ruim en licht, met een volledig uitgeruste keuken met alle benodigdheden om te koken als thuis. Er zijn voldoende buitenruimtes met (lig)stoelen en tafels, een ruime veranda met binnen-buitengevoel. Handige voorzieningen zoals een vaatwasser, wasmachine, diepvriezer, strandstoelen, parasol en tal van details zoals paraplu’s, EHBO-kit en vliegenmepper maken het verblijf comfortabel. De vriendelijke gastvrouw woont beneden, maar het appartement voelt volledig privé. Ruime parkeergelegenheid en een supermarkt dichtbij (grotere supermarkten in het nabijgelegen Valledoria). Een klein geurprobleem in de badkamer (waarvan sprake in andere reviews) is simpelweg op te lossen door het bidet door te spoelen.

El alojamiento ofrece una ubicación ideal para disfrutar de Santa Teresa de Gallura. Rodeado de numerosos restaurantes y con un supermercado a pocos minutos, es perfecto para quienes buscan comodidad. La playa cercana permite disfrutar del mar sin desplazamientos largos. Único detalle a tener en cuenta es que desde 2024 se paga un costo para acceder a Spiaggia Rena Bianca y se exige el uso de esterillas para apoyar toallas o lonas, las cuales el departamento tiene. El departamento está ubicado en la calle principal, lo que puede ser algo ruidoso por momentos, pero si se cierran las ventanas que tienen buenos cerramientos, se reducen las molestias.

Accueil très chaleureux de Maria et son mari, qui nous a fait visiter et donner toutes les explications pour notre séjour. Très gentille attention avec de l'eau, des sodas et de la bière au frais. Les propriétaires habitent sur place mais sont d'une très grande discrétion et très serviables pour répondre à nos demandes. Vraiment un très bon séjour, encore un grand merci à Maria et son mari.

appartement spacieux avec terrasse et balcon, clair bien exposé très calme, très bonne literie. il est à 20 minutes à pied du centre histoire et de la promenade en bord de mer sur anciennes fortifications. Lidl à 8 minutes à pied. excellent accueil de part d'Antonieta et Marco. Ils ont pris le temps de nous donner toutes les informations sur les lieux à visiter les restaurants. Superbe appartement dans des couleurs estivales bleu et blanche, esprit grec. Tout était neuf et impeccable : bonne literie, cuisine équipée (manqué peut être une pile plus grande et des saladiers), salle de bains agréable avec produits de douche. Les machines à laver accessibles gratuitement sont un vrai plus. Mention spéciale pour le jacuzzi qui nous a permis de nous baigner alors qu’il faisait trop froid pour profiter de la piscine. Le jardin est aussi très agréable avec un espace de jeux pour les enfants.

Molto soddisfatto di quasi tutto. Appartamento impeccabile e molto gradevole con una splendida vista. Assolutamente raccomandabile ma non per tutti, per via del prezzo ma soprattutto per la spiaggia, vicina si, ma situata qualche decina di metri più in basso e pertanto raggiungibile con un sentiero di ripida discesa che diventa ripida salita al ritorno. Non comodo per chi ha bambini piccoli o per persone molto anziane.

Close to downtown, the flat had everything needed and a very nice large balcony / Terrasse. The only negative point was one mattress in one room was rather loud when turning and could be exchanged. Communication was very prompt and we even had the opportunity to check in early.
