Family-friendly vacation rentals in Marrakesh-Safi

Sublime riad in the medina. A hidden door leads us into this establishment. It's breathtaking, a haven of peace in the middle of the souk. Perfect location and close to everything, 5-star service, an unforgettable stay for my wife's 40th birthday. There were 15 of us, suites each more beautiful than the last. I advise everyone to have the couscous prepared by Aziz's staff. A big thank you to you Aziz, for this unforgettable stay.

An excellent stay overall, marked by clear communication and prompt responses that made the experience smooth from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The property is beautifully presented/spacious, thoughtfully appointed, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Located in a peaceful, secure neighborhood, it offers the added advantage of being within easy walking distance of the medina and main square/around 15 minutes at a brisk pace. It’s also just a stone’s throw from a number of charming artisanal boutiques that lend the area real character. All in all, a brilliant experience. Sincere thanks to Joëlle, Thierry and the wider team for their warm hospitality. I will return!!

Very good stay in Matthieu's Riad. We were there as a family. It was our 5th stay in Marrakech. Accommodation in accordance with the description and our expectations. Positive point: FATIMA...!! We found what we love in Morocco. The hospitality, caring, availability and kindness thanks to her. (We had read the previous reviews and we confirm what they said). Small area for improvement: Some small updates are probably to be expected (painting, jacuzzi) but nothing that prevents you from having a great stay. Go there without so much as a second thought!

We had a fantastic time at this Airbnb. We have to thank Philippe for his quick action which got us out of a difficult situation with another booking falling through. He was flexible and went above and beyond to get the place ready for us very quickly even though it was last minute. The apartment was spotless and a lovely quiet space. The bedding was very very comfortable. We felt like we slept twice as long as we actually did!! it was easy to walk into town/to main attractions whilst being a calm and quiet neighbourhood. The local restaurants were also great. We hope to come back one day!

This is the second time we've come to Yves'. This Riad is always so beautiful, pleasant, very nicely decorated and a very pleasant atmosphere, quiet in the middle of the Medina!! Aziza, the lady who is there for our breakfast and others if needed, is very very nice and very helpful. Abdelrani the driver if needed is of the utmost kindness and availability! He offers great excursions at very reasonable rates.

We had an amazing trip to Marrakech. Saïd ensured all communication was clear and arranged airport transfers. When we arrived we were greeted by Adam who provided all the info we needed. Aude was on hand by message to arrange excursions (dromedary ride and dinner in the desert) plus a guided tour of the Medina with a very knowledgeable guide (well worth it if you are interested in local history). The beds are comfortable and we had breakfast made by Aude twice (our choice to have twice out). Great meals at Villa Aaron and Dardar. Marrakech is full of sights, sounds, smells and experience. The people are so welcoming. You get used to the busy streets and it feels very safe. Haggle in the souk for souvenirs to take home and remember this beautiful place.

The riad was even more beautiful in person! The series of terraces and roof decks provided ample opportunities to hang out and enjoy the greenery. In addition to being located in a great jumping off point for shopping/food, the design of the spaces was so lovingly considered... with historic Moroccan decor present at every turn. The meals provided were wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed eating on the roof. I wish I had more time to get to know Salima (runs the riad) who was fantastic across the board. Highly, highly recommend for those who appreciate good design, friendly atmosphere, and meandering through streets to discover culinary gems. I very much hope to be back for an extended stay!

We had a very nice stay with Nourredine and Aicha as a family of 10. We were received in a very friendly manner and felt right at home on this lovingly prepared property and garden. The children were happy in the pool and the adults were also able to enjoy and relax in the peace and quiet. The proximity to Essaouira invites you to day trips to the city. Khalid was a wonderful host and made us feel at home right away. The pickup from the train station and drop off at the apartment for check in was seamless. And what a beautiful riad! Plenty of space and room to relax and unwind after exploring the medina all day. Despite being in the centre of the medina, the house itself was super peaceful and felt like home. The location isn’t as touristy as the rest of the medina, so it was easy to get away from the busy souks. The riad is well stocked with basics and had everything we needed to cook a few meals during our stay. The local markets are very close by so that made the location really perfect. The riad is within walking distance to all the sightseeing spots and restaurants. We had the most authentic stay in Marrakech! Definitely recommend!

A group of 9 of us went to the villa for a girls trip to celebrate turning 40. It was utterly wonderful! I don’t think the photos in the listing do this place justice, it really was incredible. Christine and her team made sure we were extremely well looked after from the moment we arrived until the minute we left. Special mention to Saloua and team for the catering, it was fabulous. We were so sad to leave, but will cherish the memories we made on this trip! Thank you Christine!

We had an incredible stay in April ‘25 at Riad Modjakech. The Riad itself is spacious and comfortable. It was situated in a quiet part of the old town and good access to the souks and medina. Fatima looked after us very well with a delicious meal when we arrived and a superb breakfast prepared for us on a couple of mornings Mohammed our host was brilliant, very attentive & responsive. He organised our hot air balloon experience which was simply breath-taking. Thank you for an unforgettable few days in Marrakech, we will be back for certain.

We had a great stay!! It was easy to message and get help from Fatiha- with airport pick up, restaurant and local info we really appreciated it!! The house is much bigger than we expected from the photos and our big group had plenty of space! The pool was a great hit with the kids and we were sad to leave.

Another great stay at Alainvictor's lovely flat. Comfortable, clean, well-equipped and well-located. Recommended for a short or longer stay.

Domi’s place is the perfect oasis. Quite well appointed and spacious, it served our family of 4 very well. It also could host more. Domi was quite responsive throughout our stay, Bouchra greeted us upon our arrival and departure and Omar kept the outside tidy. Definitely recommend!!!

We stayed at the place for a week. Everything was ready when we arrived, facilitated by the presence of Rachid and Hossine to give us the key. Ilham the owner is very nice & responsive. We didn't meet him but he was helpful and responded very quickly when we had any questions. The apartment is located in a quiet residence & overlooks the quiet street. Pool was accessible and maintained but we did not test it. Small toilet kits were available upon arrival at the Oranger du Maroc. Small touches that are very much appreciated!! Clean bed linen and soft bathroom towels. The apartment is functional. There is everything you need to cook for two. There are very good shops & restaurants nearby at reasonable prices. We didn't use the kitchen much & ate out to enjoy moments of exchange & sharing in the evening during Ramadan. Thank you Ilham.😊

What can I say, other than perfect? Beautiful, clean accommodation with very good communication with the host. In addition, the locals on the premises are great, very attentive and the lady's cooking is delicious!! To be tried! I would recommend the place 100%

Edith's apartment is pristine, in spotless white and beautiful marine blues, with tasteful and amusing decoration. Facing east, the sun room is lovely in the day but the apartment stays cool. A comfortable bed, plentiful towels and blankets - and just the right distance to get a little exercise walking up to the Medina! We were very happy here.
