Condo vacation rentals in Marrakesh-Safi

Very nice apartment on the edge of Gueliz - the 'new town' of Marrakesh. Clean and comfortable, matched the photos. Easily walkable to the medina and most of the sights. Kitchen well equipped although would be good to have a bit more crockery - just enough for 4, nothing to spare! Only real downside is that one side faces a busy road so there is traffic noise in the morning, but you are probably going to get this pretty much anywhere in central Marrakesh.

The place is in the new side of the city. It’s walkable to all the restaurants, beach and medina. Host was generous enough to let us checkin a couple hours early

Nous avons été accueillis par la charmante Naima avec laquelle la communication était rapide et très arrangeante ! L’appartement était très propre et conforme aux photos et au descriptif ! La terrasse donnant sur une partie de la mer est très agréable et ensoleillée l’après-midi ! Le logement est presque au bord de la mer et la Plage d’Essaouira est immense et très belle; Parfaite pour du running et activités nautiques ! La médina est également toute proche de l’appartement à environ 15 minutes . Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour autant dans l’appartement que dans la vieille ville !

Un séjour merveilleux ! J'ai passé un séjour exceptionnel chez Ludivine. L'appartement était exactement comme décrit, propre, confortable, et très bien situé. Ludivine a été une hôte fantastique, toujours disponible et prête à aider avec des recommandations locales. Je me suis senti comme chez moi dès mon arrivée. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à quiconque cherche à passer un moment agréable et personnellement je compte y revenir. Merci encore pour tout, et à bientôt, j'espère !

Logement, parfaitement entretenu, très bien équipé. Nombreux restaurants à proximité.. conforme à la description et bien au-delà encore.. hôte , amical et pro actif.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Angelick est une hôte très gentille, réactive et arrangeante. Le logement est conforme à la description, proche de toutes commodités et à 15 min de la médina / du port .... Merci Angelick pour votre accueil, nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir ☺️

We enjoyed our stay in Marrakech and appreciated Jamal’s hospitality. The location was great for exploring the city, and the indoor patio was lovely. We also appreciated the many restaurants and small shops in the area. Just a heads up, there are a few flights of stairs to climb as there’s no elevator, but it added to the charm of the traditional building.

Really nice hosts, amazing location, and very cozy flat! Adding WiFi and some plastic our outdoor chairs in the terrace would make it just perfect!

Excellent emplacement pour visiter Marrakech! Très bonne communication avec Maria que ce soit en amont ou pendant le séjour. Appartement très bien agencé, la terrasse avec piscine est un plus très agréable pour se reposer après une journée à visiter!

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour chez Badr, au calme et très bien situé en face du Jardin Majorelle. Badr est très sympa et réactif ! Je recommande vivement un séjour chez lui !!! Nous reviendrons 🤩 merci à vous Badr

I had a great experience staying at this Airbnb. The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making check-in and check-out super easy. I especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood, parking spot and the pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Adils place was great. Apartment was clean and spacious. Had extras we were not expecting like extension leads, straightener and coffee pods. Jawad and concierge ( zakaria) were so helpful. They made the stay so pleasant and easy! Would def recommend And return to stay here

Asaad was extremely responsive when I needed just minor clarifications. The place is very well location - in a central place. It’s clean and has what’s needed. It’s also calm. For the price, it’s definitely worth it if you have a quick stop in the city.

Nous sommes restés dans le logement une semaine. Tout était prêt à notre arrivée facilitée par la présence de Rachid et Hossine pour nous remettre la clé. Ilham le propriétaire est très agréable&réactif. Nous ne l’avons pas rencontré mais il a été aidant et répondait très vite quand avions la moindre question. L’appartement est situé dans une résidence calme&donne sur la rue peu passante. La piscine était accessible et entretenue mais nous ne l avons pas testée. Des petits kits de toilette étaient mis à notre disposition à notre arrivée à l oranger du Maroc. Petites attentions très appréciables!! Le linge de lit propre et serviettes de la salle de bain douces. L’appartement est fonctionnel. Il y a ce qu il faut pour se faire un peu de cuisine pour deux. Il y a des commerces&restaurants tout proche très bons au prix raisonnables. Nous n’ avons pas beaucoup utilisé la cuisine&avons mangé à l extérieur pour profiter de moments d échanges&partage le soir pendant le ramadan. Merci Ilham.😊

Enjoyed my stay here .. just at nights it got scary some nights lol cause the doors would shake a little bit when strong wind passes by the door, at first felt like someone was there but eventually got comfortable enough because security of the estate was very good so I had no fears eventually …..Would recommend.. when the sky is clear you see the mountains with snow on the top made me look forward to my mornings, nice one youseff.

Excellent emplacement, l’appartement est vraiment très bien meublé, tout le mobilier enfant à disposition (lit bébé avec drap couverture, chaise haute, baignoire…) c’est vraiment un plus! Facile d’accessibilité, et très sécurisé, des gardiens très aimables. L’appartement en lui même est très beau, je trouve que les photos ne font pas honneurs. Immeuble calme et niveau tranquillité, c’est parfait. L’appartement ne donne pas sur la route principale. Piscine froide, dommage pas chauffé mais nous avons eu de la chance, il faisait très chaud, les enfants ce sont régaler. À deux pas de la gare de Marrakech et de plusieurs restaurants. Bref que dire de plus, à part vous le recommander.

l' appartement de Ouidad est situé dans une très jolie résidence tranquille, sécurisée..je n ai pas pu voir ni profiter de la piscine je crois du fait du ramadan ou du temps ou les deux..mais l appartement est agréable..il y a ce qu il faut pour y passer quelques jours..
