"The Shed"

At first glance, yes it's a shed. But explore further and you will find an unique Aussie experience, a fully functional self contained room. Shower, toilet and kitchenette. All private and seperate from our house. It's normally used for overnighters by family and friends. Please be open minded in your expectations, it's not the Ritz, Hilton, Taj Mahal but what it is clean, tidy, private affordable accomadation. Single or couple. Please note that toilet, shower and sink are located in same room.

This cottage is perfect for small groups, families & friends looking for a relaxing retreat in the Clare Valley.

Charmaine and Steve are the hosts at Halletts Valley Hideaway - a luxurious self-contained cottage tucked away amidst vineyards on the outskirts of Tanunda, in the heart of the beautiful Barossa Valley. The property was rebuilt from the ground up in 2017, blending original timber beams and local stone with contemporary design to offer guests a haven of peace and comfort. Enjoy panoramic views of rolling hills, spectacular Barossa sunsets, kangaroos amongst the vines and blue wrens on the lawn.

The Writer's Studio, Barossa

Perfect for one or two people, The Writer's Studio is fully self-contained. It has a really comfortable and firm inflatable queen bed. Away from the main house, it opens out onto a small orchard. This is a quiet oasis you can enjoy in between exploring all the Barossa has to offer. It has dining and sitting areas as well as a reading nook in the loft. It has a sofa which can open out for a child if necessary. Or we can set up another inflatable bed in the loft, accessed by a loft ladder.

Stables by the Vines

In 1856, an English stonemason, Thompson Priest, began mining slate in Mintaro. At the same time, he built a home with stables at the rear of his property. Over the intervening years, the stables fell into a desperate state, however, recently, the Stable has returned to life through a sensitive restoration and refurbishment. Set on the edge of Reillys Winery, the Stable is a 100m walk through the vines to the cellar door and further 20 metres to the renowned Magpie Stump Hotel.

Mintaro Cottage: Cypress Studio - 1 Bedroom

Nestled in the stunning Clare Valley wine region is a cosy stone cottage. Graced with views of the natural surroundings and carefully planned to provide guests with a private experience, Mintaro Cottage's Cyprus villa is a fabulous setting for escape and relaxation. Crafted in 1856 from slate into a carpenter’s barn, with extensive restoration and contemporary open plan. The Villa boasts vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and a charming wood fireplace.

This cute little flat is in walking distance to five wineries , local pub, local shop and restaurant. Disabled friendly with assistance bars either side of the toilet and a very large shower with assistance bar. Would suit Singles, Couples or Couple with one or two small children. Enjoy what the barossa has to offer within a short walk away! Please note this is strictly a Non Smoking accomodation.
