Kandy residence Kalithea Rethymno (free parking)

The apartment was renovated in 2022 by the owners Manolis and Vicky with great taste and is located in the city of Rethymno, in the area of Kallithea. The name of the area means "good view" or "beautiful view," referring to the view that the apartment offers. It is just a 10-minute walk from the beach of Rethymno specifically 850 meters away. The distance from the old town of Rethymno is approximately 2 kilometers, where you can see the well-preserved city, shops, restaurants, and attractions.

Sunset Suite is a beachfront apartment 150m frombeach and 1.27km from the center of the town. Away from the center of the city, it's a newly furnished, high design 60 square meter 1 bedroom apartment with a huge balcony with sea views. Hot tub is an excellent way to relax! NOTE! Jacuzzi isn’t available from 1 November till 1 April! BUT if weather conditions allow the operation,can ask 2 days before arrival,with extra charge of 25euro per day when the reservation has minimum stay of 4 nights!

In the small historic village of Maroulas, 3 km from the beaches and 8 km from Rethymno, small cocoon house in local stone restored in minimalist style with swimming pool, splendid view of the white mountains of Chania and the village (highest house), first Venetian guard tower in the courtyard, suitable for a couple and two children (sofa bed 2 places on the ground floor). The house is very private with no neighbors.
