The accommodation was designed with a lot of love for detail. The house shines with independence and special character. The house is heated with a wood pellet heating system. The electricity is generated by a hydroelectric power station adjacent to the valley mill. Sandbox, barbecue area in the garden, table tennis, table soccer, plenty of space to play and direct access to cycling and hiking trails offer you the conditions for a pleasant stay. Our cozy, modern furnished and quietly located apartment "HOME" with barrier-free access and walk-in shower is located in the state-approved resort of Steimel, by the forest and in the immediate vicinity of the Puderbacher Land cycling/hiking trail. In the village and within walking distance there is a butcher's shop with a mini-market, a doctor's office and an Italian restaurant. More stores are available in approx. 5 minutes by car.
