Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Marnaz

We enjoyed a great stay at Marilyne's condo. The location is excellent, a very short drive to the little village of Taillores or in the other direction easy access to Annecy. The unit looks better than the pictures, very clean, modern, with a great amount of space and two terraces, one with a beautiful view. Traveling with family the comfortable bedrooms each with a bathroom was appreciated along with the washer and dryer. Marilyne is friendly and easy to communicate with, she was very responsive to any questions we had. We would love to stay here again. Great host and great condo for families or small groups. You will not be disappointed!

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet (vor allem auch die Küche) und sie liegt in einem ruhigen, entspannten Wohngebiet. Der Balkon und die Aussicht sind natürlich super und Nathalie war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Annecy und die Gegend hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Superb apartment, spectacular views, very wonderful host. All the amenities listed plus much more- very well equipped kitchen. Felt right at home and the lovely deck view, and location in the town of Chamonix was perfect for my family of three.

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique dans le chalet, paisible non loins de la station La Clusaz à 5 min en voiture avec un parking sous-terrains (70€ pour la semaine 24/24). Nous étions 10 et tout le monde ne s'est jamais plain d'un manque de place. Chaque chambre avait ça propre SDB ce qui est un luxe. Une vue magnifique depuis le salon et le chambres. Le seule point négatif est le manque de poile et casserole pour pouvoir cuisiner pour 10 personnes.

Our stay in the village of Passy was absolutely amazing. The house felt like a little piece of paradise – calm, peaceful, and surrounded by breathtaking beauty. The garden was so magical that we didn’t even feel like leaving the property – it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The hosts were incredibly kind, respectful, and welcoming. They made us feel right at home. Truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had. Highly recommended

The place was over our expectations.Very peaceful location, next to the river and view of Mont Blanc. Only positive feedback. Highly recommending this place.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans l'appartement d'Alexandre, tout était parfait: - la localisation: bel immeuble de type Hausmannien dans un quartier calme, très agréable au centre d'Annecy, à pieds on est à 3 min du Lac et 5 min de la vieille ville; - l'accueil au pied de l'immeuble par l'amie d'Alexandre (très conviviale) qui nous a d'abord guidé vers le garage souterrain (en face et un vrai + à Annecy) avant de nous emmener dans l'appartement. - L'appartement phénoménal: traversant, lumineux, offrant une double exposition (la montagne côté salon et la cour intérieure pour deux des chambres), décoration de type scandinave avec le goût du détail tout en harmonie (choix des couleurs top), propreté impeccable, literie de rêve, tout le nécessaire est là et même plus, il correspond en tous points aux photos et à la description; - Alexandre: hôte prévenant, très agréable dans le contact (par message) proactif et réactif à la fois et de bon conseil. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr!

If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

Magnifique chalet,superbe vue sur le Mont Blanc , environnement calme et paisible ,très cocooning, aménagement original, décoration épurée et chic. Plusieurs balcons pour se poser et admirer la vue. Terrasse à l'arrière du chalet bien équipée. Accueil très chaleureux avec cadeaux de bienvenue, les propriétaires sont aux petits soins avec leurs clients, sont réactifs, disponibles et à l'écoute de leurs clients. Avons passé une magnifique semaine.

Sebastien a réagi rapidement à nos messages, la communication était facile, pas compliquée et sympatique, nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise. Le chalet était tel que décrit, propre, très, très bien équipé (mieux que décrit), la vue magnifique, et le sauna et jakuzi super. En somme, de belles vacances pour nous.

Nous avons passé une super semaine. La maison a tout ce qui faut et la deco est top. On s'y sent bien... Merci à nos 2 hôtes qui ont été très accueillant et gentils avec nous

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

We had a wonderful stay at Anne-Cecile's home in Gex. Her house is a beautiful, contemporary space that we absolutely loved—warm, spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. It was also very clean and tidy, with a very well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to cook during our vacation. Gex is conveniently located just a short drive from Geneva, and we took enjoyable day trips to Montreux, Chamonix & Mont Blanc, and Annecy. The scenic drives through the Alps were especially memorable, with breathtaking mountain views throughout. Anne was a fantastic host—responsive to all our questions before and during our stay. Despite her very busy schedule, she even made time to meet with us in person, which we truly appreciated. Overall, our experience at Anne-Cecile’s house was excellent and left a lasting impression. We would definitely love to stay there again the next time we visit the area!

Tout était parfait. Logement cosy et très propre. Superbe localisation pour découvrir cette magnifique région. Merci à Laure pour son accueil et sa sympathie. Nous reviendrons avec nos vélos pour un tour du lac.

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Le logement est parfait tant par sa localisation que par la qualité de l'appartement lui-même. Tout y est pour s'y sentir parfaitement bien. Merci beaucoup pour l'accueil. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

WOW! What a place to stay! Eric was amazing with his communication right throughout - thanks for the flexible check-in/check out times to match our travels by bus. Eric’s place is superbly located right in the middle of everything, so useful for walking to and from all the tourist destinations, being able to come and go easily between times, as well as the Chamonix Mont Blanc station which is free to travel up and down the train line with the guest card provided, close to the supermarkets and mini markets, not to mention just to soak up the vibe of Chamonix. And yes view from the windows right out onto the mountains is breath taking. They all open right out which was lovely when we arrived to 33 deg temps. Amenities were superb, Eric is very generous with coffee, bathroom supplies etc. Washing machine/dryer was very handy - and the shower had the most amazing pressure. Relaxing in the bath after coming back from a walk one day was heavenly. Thanks Eric for sharing your place.

Sylvie was an amazing host. Really helpful and always very responsive to questions. Highly recommended apartment with wonderful views and in a convenient location - a short walk into the heart of the town. We would definitely return.
