Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Marmaris

We had one of the most special weeks at this house with the beautiful view surrounding us with our own private swimming pool. Mine was always responsive and made sure we felt at home. we had an unfortunate illness and her niece came and offered us her support and they were very friendly and helpful at all times. This is a stunning Property if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle and be in your own private space out with breathtaking views, and feel like you are in heaven away from everything and anyone . One thing to note though that in case of an emergency the hospital is nearly 1 hour drive away so please bear this in mind. There is a village Doctor also a pharmacy in the small town.

The house is sufficient in every way and was convenient to go anywhere in terms of location. The house was very clean and had 2 gardens. Also, there were 3 air conditioners in the house. The rooms and the house were quite spacious and the kitchen supplies were enough. It can be preferred for those who want to have a peaceful holiday.

Two weeks with a family of 6 were spent in Tuge’s villa. We had a lovely time. The villa is beautiful, well appointed, with comfortable beds, plenty of bed linen, plenty of towels for bath and sunbeds by the pool. The kitchen is well-appointed with all of the equipment, cutlery and crockery necessary. The pool and pool area is superb, we spent almost every day in the pool. It is just the right temperature, and cleaned daily. We intend to return!

The house was just like the photos, clean, and had all the kitchen items we needed. The pool was very pleasant. All rooms of the house were air-conditioned. Even a high chair and a park bed for the child were considered. They sprayed us with orange juice in the welcome and gave us a kind handmade gift of goodbye. We didn't think we'd encounter such fine details. Everything was so beautiful.

Overall, we were satisfied, we had a pleasant holiday with our dogs. Pros: The house is immaculate and well-maintained. The items are adequate and neat. The hosts who live upstairs are neat, nice people. The garden and balcony are very nice and pleasant, we were very comfortable with our dogs. Cons: It actually has a single negative side. Due to the elevation difference, you need to go up/down 40 steps from the garden door to the house. That pushes you when you're carrying the luggage. You take a 3-minute path to the sea, but there are also steps on this road. The steps in the house are added, although the path is short, it's challenging. Elderly and children may have serious difficulty.

There's really not much to say about home and design. I would like to thank him for that But during the introduction of the house, we were told that there was plenty of wood and that there was no wood when we requested to use the oven. We even had to pay for the water. We were told there would be cleaning and changing linens, but the only cleaning was done outside the house. Our sheets have not been changed. Obviously 50 liras of water, we know there is 3 4 kilos of wood under the oven and I have to break points for the cleaning that is not done. In one of the rooms with single beds on the upper floor, we couldn't even open the door because of the smell of the bathroom. For such rentals, this is the first time I have encountered in the country with the lack of water. Also, 4 families can stay here, not for you. We learned that there, too. We were lucky, there was nothing but us on our dates:) Overall, it was on a nice level with 7/10. Thank you

First of all the place is extremely nice and newly renovated, it’s got all you need and a nice spa pool if the weathers hot! We were welcomed by Cem who’s Berkes Dad as soon as we drove in, allowed to pick our own eggs from the chicken pen and got plenty of fresh produce for breakfast! If you’re after something nice and private with a local touch this place is definitely the go. Cem was the most hospitable, generous and kind person we have ever met - he gave us local recommendations for food, exploring and beaches, as well as fresh produce from his garden every single day. If you like raki, he is the man for you! You definitely need a car to get here to explore the amazing surrounding beaches and towns - couldn’t recommend this place and the area enough! We will 100% be returning!

For the first time, I booked an apartment online, frankly, I was having trouble with trust. But when I really went, the people who served were friendly and the apartment was very close to everything. Beach, market, etc. Transportation was very convenient for us. It was very clean where we stayed was a plus, a small and cute place where we felt like we were in our home. Thank you Mr. Uğur and his employees❤️

Great location as in between the marina and main beach bar stretch. Pool was nice to come home to in the afternoon. Place was clean and tidy and would stay here again.

the location is very good, 5-6 minutes to the beach, 10-15 minutes to the marina and the bar street. The house was very clean and tidy. Although we arrived early, Mr. Uğur provided us with flexible check-in. We thank him.

We were very satisfied with this place. Great location, clean and cozy. Market is right across the street, where we could buy fresh vegetables and fruit. Ugur is a very nice and helpful host. He allowed us to check in earlier. Suggested us places to eat. At the end of our stay he provided us with a transfer to airport. Highly recommend this place to stay in Marmaris!

Great location. You can walk everywhere. The house is bigger than it looked and very clean, there was plenty of everything we needed.

A perfect house where 15 people can easily stay in the most location of Marmaris. It was very clean and there was all the items that could be in a house. In addition, our host helped us with everything. I hope we plan to stay in the same house again next year. Hope to see you again.

Murat & Elif`s Villa is fantastic. If you are looking for peace and quiet, privacy and a view to die for, this is the place. Everything is top quality. The building, the indoor and outdoor furniture and the design of the outdoor space. You have a beautiful pool and surrounding area plus an upper terrace area with two separate seating areas and a barbeque. On top of that there is another area at the side of the villa that houses a table tennis table, a football game table and a hammock. All this and the fabulous view, what is not to love. At the bottom of the hill by the water edge there is a selection of very good restaurants. The villa`s owners run one of them, the Nautilus, where both the food and service are quite excellent. First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Ali for hosting. The house was as it appeared in the photos, it was spotless and had more than all the equipment we could need, it was clean and new. Mr. Ali also shared all the usage information about the house before the stay. The place was peaceful in the woods. It was very easy to get to the bays and attractions around by car. It was a pleasant holiday for us, I recommend you to experience it ✌️

From the first moment you enter, it's where you feel at home. Hasan Bey's beloved wife Nuran Hanım, who greeted us as soon as we arrived, took care of us with Mr. Hasan along with Mr. Hasan until the end of our trip. Whatever you need in the house is available, and if there is anything missing, they already provide it right away. It is clean, comfortable and very comfortable. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 little ones. Everyone was extremely satisfied with the enjoyment during the holiday. Mr. Hasan and Ms. Nuran gave us information about going, places to see, gave advice for restaurants (if you go during the high season for restaurants, it is full). The house is a 5 min walk to the bazaar, restaurants and shops. Now we have a house in Selimiye. I look for the view and the morning coffee I drink on the terrace that accompanies the sunrise every day. I hope to be able to go again as soon as possible..

This place is really excellent. The villa is beautiful with a view of the sea and the private pool is very enjoyable. The villa was very clean and well equipped. Our host, Arda was very helpful. The location is great, walking distance to beach, great restaurants and very relaxing.

Big comfortable house. Kitchen is well equipped. Every room has air conditioning. Internet was OK. Berill quickly responds and helps with directions or questions about the villa.That was a nice stay.

Quiet, peaceful and Perfect vacation.. We had a great holiday with Mr. Ozan's hospitality. Very humble and helpful. We made our plans very comfortable with their suggestions. The house was very clean and tidy. It has an authentic feel with its wooden concept. The patio and pool are very peaceful. We also had a great time by private tour with Mr. Ozan's cousin's tour boat. Willow is very pristine and natural. There are places to visit around. Very close to Bozburun and Selimiye. Anyone who wants to look for peace of mind should definitely choose it.
