Apartment vacation rentals in Marmara

Our stay at Marmara Island was really great! The location of this beachfront resort could not have been better – we had a spectacular view and were able to listen to the sound of the waves at any moment. The accommodation is quite comfortable and had everything one would need to rest. Transportation to the island is very easy by ship. The beauty of the island is not only limited to the sea and the beach, but the mountainous area behind it is also very impressive. The perfect spot for long walks or bike tours. Ideal for those who want to get away from the stress of city life and just relax. We will definitely be back!

The walking distance to the ships was 4-5 minutes, most importantly, very close to the sea. The apartment was very clean, in short, everything was as advertised. It was very close to the apartment, which is located on a traffic-free street, where we would park our car. We had a holiday on a cute street away from the sounds of cars that are very nice to be closed to traffic

brother Hilmi is a pleasant host, you can be sure that he will do his best in all things. If we come to the minus no internet connection available air conditioning is definitely hot since it's only in the room with the single bed the toilet is under the stairs and you won't be able to shower in very low standing. there is a TV on the patio and living room, the kitchen furniture is clean, I think the dishwasher was broken due to the previous tenant

Really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect for us. Just a 10 min walk down to the ferry port, so a bit away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk down. The apartment was as described. Nice and clean with all the basics you will need for your stay. It has two lovely balconies, one front, one back with beautiful views as you are right on the coast line. We enjoyed gazing at many stunning sunsets over the sea. Cihan was an excellent host. Always around to help with anything we might need. Friendly and accommodating he really went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay. There is a lovely beach bar just below with a nice stretch of beach to enjoy and swim in the beautiful sea. Highly recommend this airbnb!

We really appreciate Mr. Hilmi's hospitality. She was extremely helpful and caring, quick to respond to every question we had, and she was always available to help. The house is in an ideal location for vacation, very clean and has a nice environment. It is located right next door to Giybet Beach, which is a big advantage. However, the location shown on the map on Airbnb is incorrect. The correct location corresponds to the address indicated in writing; therefore we recommend other visitors to be mindful of this. We would like to thank Mr. Hilmi again for all his help.

Overall, we were satisfied with the house and the communication with the host. They were helpful to provide our needs. They were open to communication. The location of the house was very good, away from other crowds and sounds but also close to everything. There is also an area right in front of the house where you can swim in the sea, it was calmer and there were few people. I think it was the best part of this house. If we go to Avşa again, we would like to stay in the same place. They came to get it by car to reach the house, and we would also like to thank you for that. There were just a few issues that were at a disadvantage for us. The washing machine was on the ground floor of the house and reserved for common use. Since we were on the top floor it was difficult to get down to the laundry toss. The vacuum cleaner was also shared, just so you know. It could have been better if the houses were in themselves. We couldn't see the iron either, but if we asked, Mr. Cihan and his wife would definitely help. There is no air conditioning in the house, the upper floors are airy at certain times of the day.
