Our modern and spacious self-contained studio units located on the middle and ground floor sleep 1 - 3 guests.The bedding configuration in all studios is a queen-size bed and a sofa sleeper. For your added comfort all queen-size beds have an electric blanket. Sofa sleeper is only suitable for small children. Each studio has a generous sized ensuite bathroom with shower, heated towel rail, heated mirror and hair dryer. All our queen studios have a fully-equipped kitchenette including microwave, two hot plates, electric fry pan, pots, electric jug, toaster, crockery, cutlery, coffee plunger etc. A range of complimentary teas, coffees & hot chocolate is provided for your enjoyment.

Our small country lodge is in traditional 'farmhouse red', with stylish comfort and practicality on the inside. A 15 minute walk, 2 minute drive to the CBD. this modern studio room is close to all amenities with a rural/vineyard outlook. Cosy with a heat pump and easy to access being on SH1, but set back off the road so it is quiet. A beautiful view of the hills and a large pool/entertainment area. This is attached to a home, however you have your own access, kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of off street parking, BBQ, free wifi and a smart TV.

There is something very special about staying and waking here at Koura Bay Golf Resort. Large spacious rooms, streaming services on smart tv, daily housekeeping, Nespresso machine and included breakfast. Restaurant opens September for lunch and dinner.
