Our 67 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of our single-family house with its own barrier-free access. It is located directly on the Kösseine-Röslau-Eger bike path. In the immediate vicinity is a beautiful reservoir, which invites you to swim, as well as numerous hiking trails. In addition, you can reach an outdoor pool, shopping, restaurants, ice cream parlor and the Czech border in a few minutes by car or bike. Our area is also well known for the Luisenburg Festival.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. Kleines Studio-Apartment Naturoase

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The studio is very suitable for short-term stays. It is very nice near the forest and is very suitable for hiking and recreation in nature. Bayreuth is about 30 minutes away and invites you to stroll or enjoy culture. The Luisenburgfestspiele are also very easy to reach in about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, please note that the studio only has a toilet; a shower or bathtub is not available.
