Süßes kleines Häuschen in idyllischer, ruhiger Waldrandlage auf Gartengrundstück. Toller Panoramaausblick ins Tal über Fichtelberg-Neubau. In unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fichtelsee und Naabquelle der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Mountainbike-Touren. Im Winter führt der Loipeneinstieg in nächster Nähe vorbei. Durch die Lage auf 800 m ü.d.M. ist es relativ schneesicher. Bei Schnee ist die Zufahrt direkt zum Haus nicht gewährleistet, je nach Straßenzustand muß 500m entfernt geparkt werden.

Free parking is also available in the fenced property and in front of the garage.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. Floor-to-ceiling windows with a wonderful view of nature and Coburg.

New and very spacious. Our apartment was completed in 2024. It is located at the foot of the Kornberg in the middle of an actively operated farm. It has a separate entrance and two free parking spaces. The city of Selb is about 6.5 km away. It is a 2-room apartment on two floors for 1-5 people. (6 people are possible on request)
