You can reach everything like the Arcaden (mall), grocery stores, pharmacies, train stations, fitness club within 5 minutes of walk. We have prepared in our house a 95sqm apartment for 4 people. In the living room and in both bedrooms there is a 50 inch LCD TV with NETFLIX & Amazon access. The two bedrooms are very spacious and the large bathroom with shower leaves nothing to be desired. The use of our swimming pool is of course possible as well as with us in the morning for breakfast. Both are included in the price. The sauna is a private area and costs 15€ per 3 hours and person

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in beautiful Niedersetzen with your own bathroom and kitchen (incl. little Breakfast) Just a few steps to the forest, but only 5 minutes to City (by car)! The house is in the old village center in a small garden, a terrace with a grill is available. It is over 400 years old and has a flair to match. However, you shouldn't be a giant, the door frames are sometimes very low.
