Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Maritime Region

My friends and I enjoyed staying at Ayawo's place. It was exactly what we paid for. Also, the house managers were very responsive. We had an issue with the AC and it got fixed the next morning. I definitely recommend staying here when in Togo.

Our stay in April 2025 was truly exceptional! The house has a very spacious living room and clean, comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It's well-equipped with great air conditioning, hot water, a fully functional kitchen, large TV with cable, microwave, and fast, stable WiFi. The generator kicks in automatically during outages, flawless. The environment is quiet and peaceful, a real haven of peace. The location in Lomé is ideal, with easy access to restaurants, bars, a bakery, pharmacy, and Gozem drivers. Our neighbours were so friendly and welcoming! Léopoldine is a warm, responsive, and proactive host. Dela, the housekeeper, is simply amazing—discreet, kind, efficient, and always available. The security guard is also discreet. Dela manages the house masterfully, and together with Léopoldine, they always have a solution at hand. Highly recommend! We’d stay again without hesitation.

Very nice place to stay with children. Adequare space inside and out. A bit pricey but worth it for the safe area. Housekeeper Gabin was very friendly and helpful. Equipped with generator in case of power outages,which were quite frequent. Close to great beaches and pool. Peaceful, quiet, and clean area.

Zakietou was really communicative et responsive. The local manager of the place was really helpful, friendly and very Knowledgeable. He is really quick to respond and will go the distance to support with whatever you need. My family and I had a very enjoyable stay. Will definitely recommend this place.

Bijou was an exceptional host—accommodating, communicative, and thoughtful in every detail. Her home was secure, well-equipped with modern amenities, and provided a peaceful retreat in Lomé. Having stayed in multiple locations across the city, I can confidently say that Bijou has chosen the most comfortable mattresses in town—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The gated garage and additional security measures added to the sense of privacy and relaxation. A fantastic stay—I highly recommend it!

I never write reviews, but this stay was brilliant and there was nothing to complain about. At the time of my visit there was only one review, which is surprising considering the great standards of this stay - The apartment looks even better in person. It is modern, spacious, well kept and has all the main features needed and more (hot/cold shower; washing machine and dryer; WiFi, TV; fan and air-con for every room) - The place quickly feels homely and the host’s family are all very friendly and welcoming too - The host was helpful and easy to contact, even when needed urgently without notice. - good location: about 30 minutes drive from the centre of the capital city Lomé, but also in an area that’s not too busy or loud. - goods can be found in nearby open markets or local supermarkets not too far away (including La Samaritaine or Le Champion) The only difficulty was finding the place the very first time, but this can be easily avoided by ensuring you have a good SIM once arrived to get in touch with the host. Alternatively, the host kindly offers to arrange for transport for you! Overall, even if you have never been to Africa or Togo before, you will feel at home in this apartment. This is why I would recommend it to anyone going to Togo.

Everything was perfect! Very good communication with Mr Yves Komi. Very responsive (video sending to find the location ). The accommodation is very well located, quiet area and not far from the city. Clean and very functional. Beautiful terrace. A big thank you to Anoumou ( the caretaker ) for his availability and the quality of his work. We highly recommend this listing .

Exactly as described. Quiet and secured location , available and quick to fix issues, only problem is the wifi connectivity upstairs. Overall it was a great stay, will recommend.

This property is a simple studio apartment, but was clean and very comfortable and excellent value for money. For me the highlight was the roof terrace, perfect for relaxing in the late afternoon, with cool breezes and a good view of the city
