This location is very private and quiet. Exactly what I was seeking. The home provides a cozy yet pleasing respite from City, Enviromental and Human distractions. The is a GEM and you will be blessed if you are called to experience the stillness of this unique space and place. I look forward to returning.

Nick was amazing from the start!! We planned our climbing trip months in advance and started to get worried once the weekly forecast arrived. He went out of his way to recommend areas that stayed dry during inclement weather and put our minds at ease. The home was very clean and easy to find. We had plenty of space to roam and enjoy the land. Highly recommend and would definitely revisit in the future!!!

My family and I had a great stay in Chattanooga! The house was clean and provided exactly what we needed. This is a spot we would book again! Quiet neighborhood, peaceful, comfortable, easy to find.

A perfect place to stay between The Caverns and Denny Cove!

The house was super clean and very peaceful. Ernie the dog took great pride in being the welcoming committee. Fresh eggs were a great addition

James's house was perfect for us. It was comfortable and very convenient to the golf course. We had a large group and there was plenty of comfortable seating and beds. It's also a neat place. James was very responsive and went the extra mile to make sure we we felt at home. We'll definitely look here first next time we're in town.

The Cedar home provided us a great week of relaxation and fun with our family. The furniture and beds are very comfortable and the location was amazing. Very peaceful and conveniently located to town. The owners provided everything for us to have an easy and enjoyable stay with our pups. There is a large fenced in run out back and they even provided beds and furniture covers so we didn’t have to haul all that. We had a little of stormy weather so we spent time playing games and I especially enjoyed the owners collection of vinyl music and player. Definitely hope to enjoy this beautiful cabin again in the future.

Our stay here was perfect. The house was great for a group of friends to stay while seeing a show at The Caverns. The host was responsive and very helpful.

Better than described! Beautiful location, fully stocked kitchen, enjoyed the grill so much we will be purchasing one ourselves! We really enjoyed having dinner fireside on the porch every evening, evening family time on the lower deck patio by the large fireplace, the boys spent day in and day out fishing on the dock and off the kayaks, and the lake was gorgeous! The cabin was very spacious for a family of 8! The decor brought many coffee conversations, so tastefully and beautifully decorated! Very clean inside and out! We had several deer visitors throughout our visit. We will definitely be back!!

We had an awesome stay at Pool Lodge. The renovations are so nice. The indoor pool is great. The host had excellent communication and was helpful with our questions. It was very convenient to Nickajack lake and we enjoyed 3 days of fishing. We will be back again!

Our family went out for a few days during spring break and it was awesome!! My girls loved all of the animals, the big indoor pool, and fishing!! We plan to come again! Fred was also super responsive and the place was so easy to find!

We have stayed at raccoon mountain many times throughout the last several years. We love the convenience and scenery. Great stay at a great price.

Great stay near Chattanooga! We arrived at night then in the morning loved getting to look around the beautiful property. Would definitely recommend!

Fabulous property. Our family stayed here for our daughter’s wedding at The University Of The South. She married her college sweetheart. There was plenty of room for our 4 adult children and their spouses. Everyone loved the large screen porch with a big screen HD TV. The lakeside setting was so peaceful and was a great backdrop for the wedding pictures!

We had a great time on the boat house. Had the perfect amount of amenities for a long weekend. Check and out was really easy. Being close to both the water and Chattanooga made for plenty of things to do.

Host went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Host was responsive and helpful. The house was pleasant and peaceful. House was well equipped and stocked with necessities to fell at home. Neighbors were friendly and respectful. Would definitely stay again. The drive to the house was scenic and beautiful. The town Red Bank just 10 minute drive away. Nice town with plenty of groceries stores, shopping, restaurants, and sport bars. Close hiking trails and kayaking rental shop.

Fantastic place to get away and relax, stayed here for a bass tournament on nickajack. There’s plenty of space to park a boat and it’s so peaceful, would recommend to anyone thinking about booking. I’ll be back!

A great scenic stay for a quick night. We had our poodle pup with us and was perfect in the woods camp with other cabins, several cabins have a shower ours did not but it was fun glamping by the fireside at night and played life-size chess before breakfast :) Would stay here again!

My fiance and I stayed here for our minimoon with our two dogs. There was a fenced in backyard which was an amazing perk we didn’t know about before checking in. Ansley was very responsive and the cottage is SO cute. Definitely recommend!

A trip I’ll remember forever! We went to Sewanee for my brothers graduation from the University of the South. The house was beautiful. Wood interior, lush woods surrounding the property. We fished on the pond and there is even a kayak and a Targer grill where we cooked most dinners! The kitchen is STOCKED - better than any other rental I’ve used. The owners also paid attention to details and have body wash, shampoo, conditioner, make up removing washcloths, toothbrush, laundry detergent, and more! The property owners are incredibly responsive and as sweet as can be! I have ZERO negative things to say. The price was a bit steep in my experience with AirBnB but we were so happy with the trip anyways! The University was an easy drive and we weren’t ready to come home!

Jacqueline is an amazing host! She was accommodating and so very kind. This hidden treasure was exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be a returning guest.

We enjoyed exploring the nearby state parks and lakes, renowned for their stunning waterfalls. Sharon’s website provided excellent local recommendations, enhancing our experience and helping us discover hidden gems in the area. (Check out the Dutch Maid Bakery for breakfast!) What made it even more special was its proximity to Chattanooga—just about an hour’s drive away. We took a day trip to the city and visited some fantastic attractions. Sharon was incredibly responsive and helpful during our stay. For anyone looking to enjoy the quiet of nature with easy access to city adventures, this tiny home is PERFECT! 🤩

Nice little spot to getaway from the world for a few days. Quiet except for at dusk when the frogs in the pond really let you know that they rule the property. Between dusk and 10 pm they are very vocal. We enjoyed our stay
