Waterfront vacation rentals in Marion County

Beautiful, spacious apartment. The location was great if you want to be in the Broadripple area, very walkable. Our host was very engaging and proactive about an air conditioning issue prior to our arrival and did everything they could to mitigate us being uncomfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Broad Ripple is a great area to stay in for activities at Butler University and the apartment worked out perfectly. The host(s) were gracious and accommodating. There was a small hiccup with the keurig and the host unexpectedly covered our lunch to make up for it. Completely unnecessary! I would definitely stay again or recommend for a couple - great location, many walkable amenities, parking included, easy check in and out, clean and responsive hosts. Thank you!

We arrived very late and Beverly’s husband was still awake to great us. We were a bit confused because we walked through the house to get to the basement apartment - but the next morning when it was light out we were able to get a feel for the surroundings. We had a private entrance but wanted to note it is not ADA accessible so if you have trouble with stairs this might not be the place for you. Beverly was out of town but she communicated that her husband was available before we arrived. We had a busy weekend planned so we were not there much but it was a beautiful neighborhood and lakefront property. We would stay again for sure!!!

Great north Indy option in Broad Ripple. Very convenient location above Java House right on the Monon Trail. Walkable to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and Fresh Thyme grocery store. Clean, safe, and quiet apartment, with a cool rooftop patio to enjoy warmer days/nights. Pictures and description of the unit are accurate, and the host was very proactive and responsive. Would definitely stay here again! 😊

My second stay and as always definitely worth it and would recommend to anyone. I look forward to future stays as well. Thanks so much for amazing hospitality!

Max's place was a very good find! Happened to go with a good group of people (7), his place was extremely clean, open, beautiful private neighborhood! Our 7th did say the couch wasn't the comfiest, lol. I myself would recommend if ya like cooking prep to bring spices & oils! Beyond that Max is super responsive, very friendly & professional. Would recommend his place to any who's interested!

Boone Docks on the River is a quite comfortable place in a very quiet and scenic location that is nicely proximate to Broad Ripple. Allow time during your stay to relax on the deck by the White River, either day or night.

Emily & Andrew made sure we had everything we needed & felt completely at home at our river retreat! Can't wait to come back.

Beautiful quiet home in HOA subdivision. Excellent for longer stays, while respectfully sharing kitchen, Bathroom and parking. The regulars are kind and hard to find. Food, shopping and Freeway are three minutes away. At the house there are Sidewalks all around. Kids are playing Fußball and Volleyball on the lawn across the street. There are streetside hoops nearby. Your host is just a message away. Enjoy.

If you’re looking for a cozy, quiet, and comfortable place to rest, look no further. Jennifer’s place is about a 10-15 min drive to downtown, very easy to get too, and has a beautiful view of a pond out the bedroom window. She provided everything you would need for your stay. It’s a small bed, but comfortable. I would highly recommend Jennifer’s place as an affordable and lovely option anytime you’re in Indy!

I had an amazing stay at this property in Indianapolis! The deck overlooking the lake was such a peaceful spot to relax, and views were absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect just minutes away from downtown and super easy to get around. Everything was so accessible and convenient. The bed were incredibly comfortable I slept great every night! I really enjoyed my stay here and I would stay again. I highly recommend this place.

I was in town to see Taylor Swift and it was just as much fun meeting Grace. Lovely, beautiful home and Grace was so warm and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay and felt very safe. It was super quick and easy to get downtown from here and I enjoyed the very close Starbucks and a donut shop near by before hitting the road to drive home in the morning. I will definitely stay here again. Wish I could’ve stayed longer to sit on the beautiful porch but there’s always next time.

Our trip was absolutely AWESOME!!! I couldn’t recommend these houses enough. We came for a conference & I already told the host, we would like to book for next year!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Anuj's home in Indianapolis. He was beyond helpful and friendly, responsive and accessible -- the best host one could hope for. The house itself is very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, and the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. I would recommend this place to anyone!
