We welcome you to our home which sits on The White River! This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. There are 2 tvs/w Dish, dvd player & dvds. The home is not equipped with wifi. There is a set of stairs in the house and down to the river. It sits on 200’ of World Famous White River frontage! There is public boat ramp access 3/10 of a mile from the house. This is Studio unit #3 in a 4 unit house called the Magnolia House that sits on the White River between Gastons and the White River State Park in Lakeview, Arkansas. You can rent all 4 units and 2 RVs for multiple families if available. Many rent Studio unit #3 along with unit #4 because they can be assessable to each other. This studio sleeps 3 comfortably. There is one queen bed and one folding twin bed in the living area. This unit does not have a view of the White River. #4 does.
