This airy, modern beach house is right on the esplanade overlooking the cliff top sandhills of beautiful Willyama Beach. 450m right is the edge of Dhilba Guuranda - Innes National Park, and 300m left is Marion Bay proper. With a wide shady deck on three sides there is always a sheltered outdoor place to relax, enjoy a BBQ and watch for the emus and kangaroos that often stroll down our street (wildlife notes below). Children are welcome but bear in mind there are stairs and a high balcony.

My partner and I had a fantastic last minute two night stay at Rachel's. She was very accommodating and helpful on facilitating us staying at short notice. The unit had a beautiful view of the water and was very comfortable, tidy, and well equipped with modern amenities. There were thoughtful touches throughout the place - it was clear the hosts had put in extra effort to make guests feel special. We enjoyed a rejuvenating stay and lovely food and drinks in easy walking distance. We'd happily recommend staying at Rachel's place and would visit again in a heartbeat.

Great unit - perfect for rainy or sunny days sitting on the front verandah people watching over looking the bay. It’s an easy stay, although it says it sleeps 8, I wouldn’t put 8 in the unit - we had 7 and I think that was too many….the 3rd bedroom would not comfortably sleep 4 people). We would absolutely rebook for 4-6 people! Thanks for having us

Kathy’s place was great and worth the money. It was as described and photos provided. Place was super clean, lots of cooking utensils and kitchen stuff to use. Convenient parking and checkin was super easy. Highly recommended

Our 2 br unit was spotlessly clean, with everything we needed. Close enough to the town centre - supermarket and cafes and worked well as a base for the rest of the island. Kirsty made contact during our week's stay to make sure we had all we needed and we sure did.

A modern kitchen is presented with sleek cabinetry in muted tones, complemented by stainless steel appliances. An oven and stovetop are integrated into the design, while a small countertop highlights kitchen essentials like a kettle and toaster. Natural light is provided through a window with privacy coverings.

Especially loved the view from the balcony. Had all our meals out there. House had everything you could need. Very clean and tidy. Nice big kitchen. Hosts were easy to contact and very helpful.

Loved our stay at Picture Paradise BnB! We were 2 single ladies but the spacious house can easily accommodate 3 couples. Well equipped kitchen and ample breakfast supplies provided. Loved the capsule coffee machine and complimentary bottle of local wine. Very quiet location within walking distance of all amenities.
