I absolutely loved staying here 🫶🏻😊🇮🇹 Paolo was so friendly and helpful! The apartment has everything you need! The view is so beautiful, you can sit on the balcony for ages! It is so peaceful. Lovely restaurants near by and cafes/shops. It really is a wonderful stay. The pillows on the bed would also so comfy!!! Highly recommend this place.

Gianluca was very helpful and patient with us, despite our delay for check-in. The apartment responded excellently to our requests: it is located in a quiet side street, but a short walk from the main street where you can find several commercial activities, from the bar to the pharmacy, the tobacco shop, fruit and vegetable shops, a bank, and various restaurants. On the same street, there is a bus stop that leads directly to the Anagnina metro, from which you can quickly reach the city center. The apartment is very clean and cozy. Large and bright rooms. The bathroom with a double sink and large shower is very comfortable. My family and I felt right at home. We also have a coffee machine with capsules and tea. The presence of the microwave is very useful.

It was the cleanest Airbnb room I’ve ever stayed. The access was okay but the platform for the train to Frascati was far from the ticket gate at Termini station, so I recommend giving yourself plenty of time before the train departure. In my case I got lost at Termini but the host kindly waited for me until I check in. Thank you so much :)

Stefania's home is very clean and nice and it is very easy to get to and from the airport.

Perfect place to stay in the Castelli Romani area. The apartment is simply delightful—modern and stylish—and, most importantly, it feels like home. The host responds very quickly and is extremely friendly. Moreover, the place was spotless when we arrived.

The apartment is better than the photos. It is big, authentic and really interesting. There is no air conditioning, which can be a problem for some people during the summer. We left the windows opened and it was okay to sleep. It was easy to park the car nearby. It is located in a strategic place to visit Castel Gondolfo and other attractions by the lake. The apartment is in the center of Marino, so there are caffés, restaurants etc. in walking distance. Besides, there are many great restaurants in 5 minutes driving.

Andreas place was great for our needs. A quaint place inside the cobble stone roads characteristic of the area and a few steps from a small restaurant with good prices and outside chairs in front of a fountain. Andreas included treats for us that made the breakfast time easier (jellies, toasts, tea and coffee cups). The place has a minimalist ambiance that takes advantage of the space and still makes you feel you have enough room. We will definitely recommend it.

A host like Mr. Giuseppe is hard to find! The stay was splendid, the property well maintained and the directions and information provided were very clear! A special shout out to the kindness and helpfulness of Mr. Giuseppe, we felt right at home! 5 stars well deserved!

Our stay at Federico’s place was so lovely! Federico showed us the whole apartment and how everything worked at check in and we felt right at home right away. The view is amazing and the apartment is extremely spacious. We hope to stay again!

Very friendly welcome by Antonio. Stylish accommodation, lots of attention: breakfast products, bathroom products, bottle of wine... Surrounding calm. Very beautiful pool.

Everything was perfect, it’s a very lightand clean apartment. Veeery comfortable bed, i enjoyed. But the location is a bit far away from a city centre and airport, just know that, when will planning your walking around the city. Because after 9 pm metro could be closed and you could come back only by bus. But it’s a little minus which didn’t worry me a lot. Rome is wonderful!

Spacious space as described. A little out of the city, you feel like you're in the countryside, while the metro allows us to reach Rome very quickly. Silvia and her mom are very nice hosts. We would highly recommend it.

Great spot if you’re trying to stay close to the airport! Very clean, easy to check in, flexible on check in time, close walk to a nice mall… More ‘city’ than you think when you think ‘Rome’ though. But it’s exactly what we needed for 1 night following our cruise.

My mom had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating—she felt very welcomed from the start. Everything was explained clearly, which made her stay easy and comfortable. The location was also perfect, close to everything she needed. Overall, the hosts were truly lovely and made her feel right at home. We’re very grateful and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful apartment, well appointed with everything needed for our 7 day stay. Great location, walked to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain,Colosseum, Forum, and Capitoline Museums. Taxi Stand 200 meters from apartment ( Vatican & Museums) Many cafes’ and eateries and shops. Mergarita was most helpful in dining recommendations and even found us a reservation for a Mother’s Day dinner on short notice! The best experience!

This was an OUTSTANDING stay, and I cannot wait to come back!!! After staying here, I will never stay in a different area when returning. The apartment was absolutely pristine. Very luxurious and quiet, yet right in the center of the Roma experience!!! I definitely hope to return! I couldn’t have loved it more. We were also fortunate enough to get early check-in! We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2025.The location is central to everything and lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The large outdoor patio was a great spot to rest and relax at the end of a busy walking day. The beds were comfortable. Apartment was clean. The hosts were very flexible in allowing us to store our luggage a few hours before check in time. We would definitely stay here again should we visit Rome !

Very nice apartment with everything you need. It's very quiet

Great modern apartment and finished with all the comforts. A large balcony, full kitchen, very comfortable bed, and a central but at the same time quiet area on a residential street with good possibility of free parking, which in Rome is quite rare. As a former resident of Rome, this apartment is an ideal compromise as a location and effectiveness, it feels like staying at home.

Lovely room, perfect for us, great location. Plenty of restaurants and places to go around the area and walking distance of anywhere you want to go in Rome really. Really comfortable bed and jacuzzi was a lively feature to have in the bedroom. The view from the apartment is beautiful especially at sunset.

Excellent penthouse apartment, beautifully furnished with an amazing large terrace that offers peaceful rooftop views over Rome. The location is perfect for exploring the Colosseum area as it’s only a 5 min walk. The apartment is also beside the Cavour underground train station which makes connections and travel around Rome really simple. We will certainly like to book again next time we visit Rome. Alberto and the host team is extremely responsive and helpful making the experience seamless.
