Nice apartment in an A-location! Beautifully spacious complex that was recently built. We had the pool all to ourselves! Location is very close to Cabo Negro beach and various restaurants. Perfect base to explore the area. Ahmad was friendly and made us feel completely at home. We could always reach out to him with questions. The apartment is modern, spacious and clean and has high speed internet and good wifi coverage. In short: we have enjoyed and will definitely be back! Thank you Ahmad!

Excellent apartment in a green condominium with extreme cleanliness. Clean on a daily basis. Maintained swimming pool with a lifeguard to secure children. Cleanliness is the watchword for Youssef and Souhaila. Air conditioning in all rooms. Outstanding responsiveness and hospitality from Youssef Souhaila. 1000 thanks for your kindness. I would recommend it without hesitating.

A perfect stay by the sea in Martil ! We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment in Martil, on the coast in the north of Morocco. It is stylishly decorated, fully equipped and offers extra comfort with a swimming pool and a private garage. The location near the sea creates a relaxing atmosphere and a beautiful view. The hostess was extremely friendly and professional, and was always ready to accommodate our wishes. An ideal place for those looking for peace, comfort and an unforgettable holiday on the Moroccan coast!

5 star is not sufficient for the treatment received!! The owners made us feel right at home , they were very friendly . The apartment is very well located just a 5-minute walk from the promenade and all kinds of shops next door. We will certainly repeat. Thank you for everything
