Da Michelina è come stare a casa, anzi meglio perché a casa non hai la Michelina! La sua presenza e cura è sicuramente un motivo in più per soggiornare nel cuore dello splendido borgo storico di Termoli. Anche suo figlio Roberto è stato prezioso nell’accoglienza e per i consigli. Se il nostro soggiorno a Termoli è stato indimenticabile è anche grazie a loro e alla comodità e posizione dell’ alloggio che mettono a disposizione. Se mai torneremo a Termoli, non scorderemo di passare da loro a dare e prendere un abbraccio.

Ottima esperienza. Appartamento pulito, funzionale e perfetto per 2 persone. Comodo e piacevole lo spazio esterno perfettamente attrezzato per godere del sole o per mangiare all’ombra di un ampio ombrellone. Strategica la posizione, praticamente a 2 passi dal mare. Speriamo di riuscire a tornare anche la prossima estate.

Splendido appartamento, arredato con gusto nei minimi dettagli, veramente una perla. Adatto per una famiglia di 4 persone od una coppia (molto romantico cuori e fiori ovunque). Ottima la collocazione nel centro storico, vicinissimo ai punti panoramici ed alla zona più turistica di Termoli. Si può parcheggiare l’auto e riprenderla a fine soggiorno, perché tutto è nelle vicinanze:mare, ristoranti, porto d’imbarco per le Tremiti. Molto disponibili e simpatici Mirella e Maurizio. Spero di ritornarci a breve.

Dato che avevo un Matrimonio a pescara ho decido di concedermi un po di relax tra gli ulivi di Silvi... La casa è bellissima e pulita , in una zona rilassante e tranquilla! Brunella e gaetano sono stati host gentili e disponibili, mi hanno dato consigli sui ristoranti migliori, le spiagge piu vicine e i posti nei dintorni piu interessanti da vedere. L'amaca vista mare è stata il mio punto preferito della casa!!

Questo appartamento e ottimo per chi vuole stare vicino al mare ha tanti negozi vicino ,bar,farmacie, McDonald's e ristorante anche giapponese . La casa e molto accogliente,spaziosa e dotata di tanti comfort ed e situata in una zona molto strategica perché non c'è bisogno mai di usare l'auto .

Davide and his father were extremely helpful and accommodating, we got there late ( airline issues) and it was not an issue for them at all. Their local recommendations were spot on, everything is within walking or biking distance and there are a ton of things to do. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place to unwind and relax.

This is the type of house you always dream about staying in. Right next to the sea and great views over the bay and Marina di Vasto. The old town is a less than 30 minute (brisk uphill) walk from on the house, but Marina di Vasto itself already offers a host of bars and restaurants. Francesca went above and beyond anything to make sure our stay was as perfect as could be. We loved the house and the garden. Great spot to start exploring some of the great things Abruzzo has to offer! Absolutely loved our stay and cannot compliment Francesca enough for her help and responsiveness. Thank you!

Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

Wat een schitterende locatie om te verblijven. Zeer gastvrije en vriendelijke Gabriëlla en familie. Erg hulpvaardig om je verblijf aangenaam te maken. Het appartement op de begane grond is werkelijk uitstekend en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer fraaie uitgevoerde renovatie van een boerderij tot in de kleinste details door een architect uitgevoerd. Vanuit de prachtig aangelegde tuin en vanuit het appartement heb je een rustgevend uitzicht op de zee. Ook heerlijk is het gebruik van het slim aangelegde zwembad. Wij hebben er ontzettend genoten. Alles was was keurig in orde en zeer schoon.

L alloggio è bellissimo, camere grandi e terrazzo vista mare per mangiare in compagnia. La piscina ed i servizi sono eccellenti, tutto molto bello. Mancherebbe solo un accesso diretto alla spiaggia perche quella più vicina alla casa è un po’ scomoda per via degli scogli. La gentilezza e la cortesia degli host è sicuramente un plus

Esperienza unica, Annalisa e suo marito ci hanno fatti sentire subito a casa. L'appartamento era servito sotto tutti gli aspetti e la posizione era unica, a esattamente dietro alla strada centrale di Silvi Alta, ma immersa in una tranquillità incredibile. A pochi passi c'era la vita estiva di Silvi ed il Belvedere, consiglio vivamente!

Sister met us with the keys, pleasant and attentive to our needs! Private car parking with gate was a plus, bars right outside was perfect for cappuccinos. Beach so close! Easy access to highway if driving. Central location to other major cities. Highly recommend!

Insgesamt haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung sieht in echt noch besser aus als auf den Bildern und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auch Kochutensilien, Geschirr, Snacks und Kaffee dürfen verwendet werden. Das Bett ist bequem und alle Zimmer sehr sauber. Die Unterkunft befindet sich mitten in der Altstadt von San Vito Chietino und ein Spaziergang durch die schönen kleinen Gassen und zum Aussichtspunkt lohnen sich. Im Ort sind Supermarkt, Bäcker, Café fußläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der freundlichen Gastgeberin war stets problemlos. Sie war so nett und gab uns auch hilfreiche Tips zu örtlichen Lokalen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

What a wonderful stay. We wanted to pick up the flat and take it back to England it was so beautiful. Excellent location. Great communication with host and terrace a stunning view. The gelato bar downstairs was a standout find and the food market Santa Chiara! All sheets toilet roll and towels ample. Thank you Alessandra for a very comfortable stay!

Appartamento nel cuore di Ortona, in area tranquilla e facilmente accessibile. La casa è spaziosa, pulitissima e confortevole e Anna è stata molto disponibile durante il check-in. Unica pecca: manca l'aria condizionata ma con i ventilatori il caldo diventa sopportabile.

un soggiorno splendido, ci siamo sentiti come a casa! la casa bellissima, lo spazio pulito e aperto sul mare, assolutamente da ripetere! Pietro e Manola adorabili e disponibili per ogni info. non ci han fatto mancare nulla. un'esperienza indimenticabile per noi e per mio figlio, che non voleva più tornare a casa!

Es war wirklich eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht, tolle und stilvolle Einrichtung. Durchdacht mit den Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten für die Kleidung. Induktionsherd und Waschmaschine und einer Regendusche. Wunderschön mit dem Holz an der Decke und wichtige Klimaanlage in jedem Raum. Vermieter waren immer errwichbar und haben sofort geantwortet. Check in und Check out waren super und persönlich durch die Vermieter. Können wir nir empfehlen. Es ist eine sehr schöne und eher belebte Umgebung mit einem wunderschönen Strand.

The accommodation is in my opinion great value for money, clean and spacious and in a good central location. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away and within 50 metres there is a bar, bakery and a delicatessen. A supermarket, take away pizzeria and restaurants also within 100-200 metres. Will certainly try to book again next time we come.
