The apartment is very nice, tastefully furnished, nothing is missing and has an indoor parking space, terrace and garden. For the summer, there is also a swimming pool. Barbara was precise in the arrival instructions and very friendly. He welcomed us in person, which is always very welcome. Super recommended!

We loved Patrizia's place. It's in a beautiful location in a nature reserve, with a lovely terrace with a beautiful view looking out towards the sea - and a short walk from the beach. It's comfortable, spacious, airy, and well equipped. We were sorry not to have the opportunity in the end to use the bikes she offered us to explore the area. We were able to park in the private drive just next to the apartment, which we appreciated. Patrizia and her husband were delightful hosts, who gave us a warm welcome and shared local information with us.

We spent magnificent days in Graziamaria's apartment. Thelatter is even more beautiful in real life and boasts a spectacular terrace that blends into one with the sea and sky. The apartment is on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator and descending you are practically on the beach. It has a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need and has impeccable cleanliness, there are also two air conditioners. A special thank you goes to Mrs. Francesca and her husband Mario, people of a unique welcome. I hope to return to this little gem on the Adriatic soon!

Scerni offers a true taste of Italian culture, with some of the friendliest people we've ever met. The apartment is centrally located, with a grocery store, bakery, coffee shop, park, restaurant, gift shop, church, and pub all within 200 meters. We lived here 6 months with no use for a car. The apartment itself is clean, cozy, and fully accessible—no stairs to enter or inside, which is great for those with mobility issues (though likely too small for a wheelchair). For a long-term stay like ours it may feel a bit compact, but it's perfect for vacations. What truly makes this place special are the hosts. Alessandro alone made the stay worthwhile—he’s become a real friend. Always helpful, warm, humorous, and welcoming. The same goes for the hosts Francesca and Annalisa. Even though he only speaks Italian, he used Google Translate to communicate at first, which helped a lot before we picked up some Italian ourselves. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Superhost for us.

Apartment located in the historic center of Scanno (full pedestrian area), very clean, quiet, well distributed (living area upstairs) and equipped with everything and beyond what you need to have a great stay. It's like visiting grandma's house. Everything is well maintained and has the charm of a cozy, small apartment from the 1960s with appropriate furnishings. Alessio is very friendly and helpful. He picked me up from the train station despite a considerable delay of my train and helped with the luggage. Because I arrived so late, I couldn't go shopping for breakfast. But that was no problem, because there were juices and yogurt in the refrigerator. In addition, milk, small cakes and coffee and on the table was a fresh bouquet of flowers. So you really feel welcome and the apartment is not a sterile hotel room, but a real home with soul. Glad to come back!

The house is very spacious, comfortable and being on the sea very ventilated. The view is great, the access to the sea is not very comfortable, but if you like rocks it is fantastic.

Apartment corresponding in all respects to the description and photos, very spacious, clean and with all the comforts, about a 15-minute walk from the historic center of Vasto. Federico has always been available for all our requests and his response times have been very short.

Nicola’s apartment is very comfortable convenient for Guardiagrele and is very modest and well appointed. We really appreciated the free breakfast at a near by cafe in the middle of Guardiagrele and the information Nicola provided 😊

Staying with Noemi and Alessandro was simply great. Everything corresponds to the photos and description, it is clear that the apartment is maintained with love and care. The arrival instructions were detailed and accurate, so we easily found and accommodated. Thank you Noemi for your kindness to my above-standard breast regarding sleeping. Romina’s beach house was a beautiful spot just next to the public beach and bike/walking path. Romina and her husband greeted us at check in and gave us all of the instructions as well as recommendations for the local area. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, even beach umbrellas for the adjacent public beach. We enjoyed the outdoor space for coffee in the morning and relaxing in the evening. The house was in a locked, gated community that felt very safe both day and night. We were within walking distance to beaches, lidos, restaurants, and a short drive to the old town of Vasto. Romina was a gracious host with great communication throughout. We hope to return someday!

Well-maintained and very cozy house. We had a very good time with the owner of the accommodation, very helpful and kind. I highly recommend it if you want to have a relaxing and quiet experience surrounded by greenery and in a great location just minutes from the ski lifts.

The apartment is a few meters from the beach and is well equipped! The terrace is private and very large. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work during our stay, which we found very unfortunate, maybe we will have more luck next time. Thank you Lorenza for the lovely stay!

It is a small but beautiful regenerating oasis of tranquility and beauty, excellent for leaving behind hectic rhythms and stress. Beautiful place. Intimate, very relaxing, full of details and thoughtfulness, very clean. Very kind owner, very nice and attentive to give every indication. The area is very peaceful. If you want peace, it's a good place to "escape."

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Antonio was very kind from the moment of check-in, for which he waited with great availability with ready and fast communications by phone. Once we arrived, he took care to recommend places to eat typical cuisine and made himself available for the duration of the stay for any need. The accommodation is clean, quiet, cool and very welcoming. Experience and highly recommended hosts!

Small relaxing corner. Clean and tidy rooms, with all the essentials. The details make the difference, like the LEDs, Netflix, the tub, the moss on the walls, etc... highly recommended.
