The location was great, real close to the beach making everything in walking range.

It was a great stay, looks exactly like the photos. Always responded super quickly and was friendly!

Beautiful and spacious apartment within a minute walking distance of the beach and shops and restaurants. With a private parking space 50 meters away. The two beach beds (including !!) complete it. Carlotta is a thoughtful host who communicates well and responds very quickly. In short: recommended.

It was a wonderful holiday. The apartment was very functional and nicely decorated. Plenty of space on the terrace and on the balcony. Location was perfect, a few feet from the beach. Lots of nice places in the area, and a great pizzeria in the house. We will come back for sure...

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

Sara and Giovanni are extremely lovely and very friendly hosts. With rare kindness, they picked us up at the train station by car and escorted us back. Communication was very easy in French. Accustomed to Airbnb rentals, this apartment is very clearly different from other sanitized apartments with international and standardized decor. This accommodation has a lot of charm and assets and has a beautiful soul like the owners. Very well-equipped, clean, ideally located (close to shops, beach, restaurant and city center) the apartment is very quiet and sleeps very well! We highly recommend this property and will definitely come back.

The contact on site worked excellently, Francesco himself showed us the apartment and explained everything important. In addition, he was always available when we had questions. The beach is just a few meters away and a mini-market for everyday needs is right outside the front door. It was an absolutely successful vacation on our part.

Lovely place for a family holiday.

We stayed at Tiziana's for a week, the accommodation is perfect with a dog, the sea is just a few minutes' walk away, the area is very nice and there are many great restaurants nearby. Tiziana is a great hostess, was always immediately available and always helpful. I can only recommend everyone to take a break with her and enjoy the area and the accommodation!

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Very nice accommodation and equipped with all comforts. The fenced outdoor space is perfect for those with pets. The nearby sea and the possibility of seeing fallow deer, flamingos and other animals was very, very nice. This is the place to stay if you come to Pesaro. It’s a minute to walk to the beach — right across from the expensive hotels. It has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Adriatic, so you can watch the sun rise having expresso on the balcony table, sitting on the patio chairs. Wash your clothes and hang them on the patio clothes line located on the other side balcony — they will be dry by night. Air conditioning and heating work great, as we needed both at different times for brief periods. Close to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store is a short walk. So relaxing. So perfect. Communication was excellent. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

A beautiful stay. The house is in a convenient location, very close to the beach and at the same time away from noise. The presence of the pine forest offers shelter from the heat and a pleasant background of chirping of birds; we had no particular problems with mosquitoes using pups and sprays. We stayed in 6 with a 7-month-old baby for whom we were provided with everything we needed (crib and high chair). We didn't miss a thing. The owner was always very kind and helpful. There was an inconvenience with the drains of the house that was promptly resolved by Marco who even offered us a dinner to apologize, a kind gesture that we really appreciated.

Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.

I was in Sabrina's apartment for a week with my daughter. The apartment is very small but well organized, it is equipped with all the comforts to allow you to spend a few days relaxing. Each sector was well stocked, for example the condiments in the kitchen, dishwasher detergent, detergents and bathroom detergents, etc. I also very much appreciated the presence of the coffee machine. The appointment is halfway between Misano and Cattolica, easily accessible on foot or by bike. Sabrina and her husband were very helpful and understanding hosts. On the day of check-in, my car broke down halfway and I had to take it to the workshop. I continued my journey by train to Cesena. In Cesena, Sabrina and her husband offered to give me a ride to Misano. They were very kind to help me with information and the transfer.

What can I say... everything is perfect! Flavio and Moira are affable, reliable, and professional hosts. The building is in an optimal position, directly on the beach so very convenient even for those with children (Bagno 41 da Nicola, highly recommended!). The accommodation is really nice, recently renovated, clean and very well equipped (the kitchen is very appreciated, very functional!). We spent about a week relaxing! Definitely to keep in mind for other holidays in the area!

This is the second time we've stayed in Vivian's apartment, and like the first time, everything was perfect! We will definitely be back
