Broadening our horizon, the Donnalucata vacation home is a good starting point for excursions to the beautiful archaeological sites of Syracuse, on the eastern side, and the Valley of the Temples of Agrigento, on the western side. Running towards the interior of the island, other easy-to-reach destinations such as Piazza Armerina, with the famous Villa del Casale, or Caltagirone with its artistic ceramics. And then there's the sea, our sea, to be experienced all year round for those who practice windsurfing, kite surfing, canoeing or sailing, but also just for walking (the beaches are endless) or for an off-season swim! We are on the second floor, facing the Lighthouse of Punta Secca, known to most as the Marinella di Montalbano, to the right the colors of the countryside with its olive trees and the classic white dry stone walls, to the left the sea of Punta di Mola with our beach. The indigo blue characterizes the rooms and infuses a deliciously relaxing atmosphere, one that is imbued with distant horizons.
