Villa vacation rentals in Marina di Modica

Silvia was an excellent host, always responsive and very helpful. We were able to find the villa with her instructions and she was there to greet us and say goodbye when we left. The villa was spotless and we loved the outdoor space with all its different seating areas and bbq. The house was well equipped with thoughtful touches. There were lots of little extras for our stay including clean towels, jams, treats and Prosecco. A great base for exploring Sicily’s south east. Highly recommend this stay.

We had a lovely week in this charming property. The location is uniquely peaceful and unlike anywhere else we have stayed. The house is traditional in style and the pool was fantastic. Our 2 children loved roaming around the orchard and adored feeding the animals and collecting eggs from the hens. Gioacchino is a great host and very welcoming, he was on hand for any assistance but also very discreet at maintaining the large grounds whilst respecting guests privacy. We loved hearing all about the fruit and vegetables produced at the property. The shop just up the road is well stocked and has good quality items. A wonderful place to stay in this area of Sicily, we hope to return!

If you really want to switch off and are looking for almost untouched beaches, you will find exactly that here. We were here with two small children for four nights and had an excellent time. Everything is as described, very clean and wonderful. It is important that you have a car available. The only restaurant on the beach was not open at least at the end of May. Supermarkets are also reachable only by car. This is not a criticism of the accommodation at all, it just needs to be planned. We would come back.

My family group of 10 (5 couples) had a fantastic stay at the villa. We were really impressed at the grand buildings and courtyard and especially the pool area. Ignazio was friendly and flexible with our check in time - and on arrival shared lots of recommendations and info on local amenities which was helpful. All of the bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and had big ceiling fans. We do suggest that more pillows are provided (it was mostly 1 per person). The dining area outside is beautiful and we spent a few evenings having dinner and playing cards under the fair lights. The driveway to the villa parking is rough, and you have to enter through a narrow archway. Definitely recommend having a car to explore the area - there's lots to see and do! The pool area was lovely, it felt clean and well kept and we spent most mornings around the pool in the beautiful Sicilian sun! Would recommend the villa to family groups as we've had a really great stay :)

We have just had a fantastic week here with our child and baby. The house was exactly as pictured and described. Our host was fantastic, nothing was too much bother. The area was really nice, it felt safe and the beaches are spectacular. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. The coffee pods were a lovely touch, as were the cold drinks in fridge.

What a view! Absolutely gorgeous sea views, quiet and private. The property is so close to the water, it was so lovely watching the sunset and listening to the waves while having dinner. We also really enjoyed snorkelling in the lagoon which is just steps from the property. The lagoon might not be easily accessible for someone with mobility problems, however our 6 year old managed to get up and down the rocky steps just fine. It’s a short drive from Syracuse which is beautiful and has some great restaurants and shops and is definitely worth a visit. There are a few supermarkets a short drive away as well. Host was very welcoming and the very generous welcome basket with lots of local food, wine, juice, and treat was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

A Memorable Family Stay ! We had a fantastic family holiday at Ville Vacanze Cavaliere d’Italia near Noto— 4 adults (parents and sons) ideal for relaxation and exploration. The setting was stunning, surrounded by Sicilian scenery, with a modern, comfortable house and a highlight: the pool with sea views. The location was perfect for discovering baroque towns, markets, and coastal routes. Our Airbnb host Ivan and local contact Dino were exceptional—friendly, helpful, and attentive, always ready to help with tips or support when needed. Amazing Stay at a Beautiful Villa! We recently stayed at this lovely villa as a group of 15, and it was absolutely wonderful! The villa was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.The ambiance truly enhanced our stay especially as we could see the Mediterranean Sea 🌊 Getting to the villa without a car was a bit of an adventure but entirely manageable with a little planning. For those flying into Catania Airport, you’ll need to take a bus from just outside the airport to the train station (€4), then catch an AST bus (opposite the train station) to Scicli (€9). This part of the journey takes about 2.5 hours. Once in Scicli, it’s only a 10-minute taxi ride to the villa. To buy your AST bus ticket, simply walk across from where the buses are parked, and you’ll find the AST office. While the journey is a bit longer if you don’t have a car, it’s absolutely worth it once you arrive. The villa and the surrounding area are stunnin

Great place to stay if you want to visit Syracuse and don't want to be in the middle of a city. Beautiful beach 5 minutes away. And many other beautiful beaches 15min away by car. Mario recommended a beautiful town, which was the highlight of our trip. Fully recommend the place.

Corrado was so nice and friendly, he was a gentle man. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was perfect. Pool was fabulous. Every recommendation Corrado gave us was superb from beaches to the unmissable Canyon, to restaurants to day trips. I would highly highly recommend this place and the wonderful Corrado

The villa was very well presented, spacious and well equipped. It is in a peaceful, private countryside situation. The beds are comfortable with crisp white bedding and very clean bathrooms. The grounds are excellent being well laid out and maintained! The swimming pool is set slightly away from the main house and is all one depth which was excellent for our mixed age family group. The swimming pool has its own pool house with coffee machine, fridge, shower and toilet facilities. Electric gates provide added security!

Wonderful villa just outside the beautiful town of Modica. Ideal location for visiting the spectacular baroque architecture of Modica, Ragusa and Noto, and within a reasonable distance from sandy beaches. The villa is exceptionally well equipped, spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained by Georgio who lives next door. We loved sitting outside and eating at the traditional ceramic Sicilian table and appreciated the various shady seating areas around the house and gardens. The swimming pool is a highlight and is kept clean and very well maintained by Georgio. Many thanks to Jennifer and Georgio for a wonderful week’s holiday.

My family and I (9 persons) had a great time in Modica. The place is amazing, with the separate kitchen and the 3 houses. Also the garden and the swimming pool are great. Sofia was very kind and helpfull during our stay. We would recommend this place!!

This place is just wonderful for family holiday - the sea view is the best, the shady terrace just calls you to relax- the house itself is beautiful and functions well! Salvatore and his wife took so good care of us! If you like fresh seafood there are many nice, rustic restaurants within walking distance!

Angela & Giuseppe were amazing hosts. They made us feel right at home and offered so many great recommendations during our visit. They were present in their adjacent home throughout our stay, & they were there if we needed anything but also very respectful of our privacy at the same time. I have never interacted so much with an airbnb host before as they are really lovely people. The property was so beautiful and relaxing. It was a great place to start & end each day of our visit. I really hope to get back there again and cannot recommend their place enough. There were so many great historical sights, beaches & restaurants within a short, (10-30 mins) drive from their place.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful countryside home! The house was spacious, clean, and full of charm, with a fantastic pool that quickly became our favorite spot to relax and unwind. Carmelo was an exceptional host — kind, attentive, and always available if we needed anything. His hospitality truly made our stay feel special and stress-free. We made great use of the kitchen and the outdoor grill — perfect for enjoying meals together and making the most of the peaceful setting. Being in the countryside, the environment was calm and natural, with the occasional fly reminding us we were truly immersed in nature — it all added to the rustic charm. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return. A perfect escape for anyone looking to slow down and soak up the tranquility of the countryside — with a fantastic host to match!

This house was beyond our expectations - it’s more like a mansion than a house. It’s on an amazing property, private with a lush garden, patios in all directions and it overlooks the ocean and the nearby castle! We were three families who shared this house and it had the perfect setup with the 5 bedrooms almost mimicking three minor apartments / wings, offering privacy for all. The shared spaces; living room, dining room and kitchen were all super cozy, well lit, and had all amenities. We are so happy we booked this house for our stay exploring southern Sicily! Alessandra was super communicative and an excellent host.

This is a great villa with sensational views. Well equipped and clean. The road to the villa is narrow so best for those with a modest sized vehicle but the views at the end are worth it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and interacting with our host.

Lovely house, lovely pool, very quiet, comfortable beds, would come back again

We had a wonderful stay at Bruno and Julie’s house, they were so helpful and friendly. We loved that the house was very private and the garden is gorgeous. Nice big pool and they have created the rooms in a way that if you would stay here with three couples everybody has their privacy. Nice to have two terraces where you can eat so you always have shade or sun. And a lot of places where you can sit and read a book or have drinks. Full functioning kitchen, Bruno even went as far as buying me a milk foamer when I asked about it. We love love love this place!!

We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly hospitable, always quick to respond to any questions, and just genuinely kind people overall. They made us feel very welcome and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It’s always a pleasure to stay somewhere where the hosts truly care about their guests. Highly recommend this place — we’d happily stay again.

Second stay at Casa Pedro and a great pleasure to be there again. We were a couple, very nice house and which is certainly also 4 : 2 well separated bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/toilet, very bright and spacious living room. A special mention for the location at the top (or almost!) of a hill, absolute calm and very unobstructed views of a very beautiful landscape. Very pleasant terrace and infinity pool. Access via a track +/- 2km from a (very) regional road. Car required, be careful not to take a car too low on the road and not too wide either for the last 2 hundred meters. Close to the main cities to visit, Noto at +/- 15', Syracuse by the highway, Raguse, Scicli and Modica by small roads very busy at +/- 1 hour by car. The sea is about 10 Km away. Recommended for those who like a quiet home without being too far from civilization!
