Amazing house by the seaside with two terraces

Super bright house located by the seaside of the beautiful Ortigia island. Fully restructured and decorated with creativity by design enthusiasts. Two large terraces with an amazing sea view to have dinner with friends or just to relax, in the same street as the entrance to the house, there is both a guarded car park that also issues a pass to be able to drive in all the ZTL areas of Ortigia, and a HERTZ car rental, certainly two very convenient and important addresses for tourists.

Francesco is a lovely host and his place was great value for a few nights stay for a couple. The parking space out the front of the building was helpful, and the aircon very effective in the heat of summer. The unit has everything you need but the bed and shower take a little getting used to.

We (married couple 65/62) stayed 3 nights with Cinzia. The apartment is located in a residential area with mostly single-family houses. Location is quiet. The apartment is exactly as described. We were received in a very friendly manner and extensively briefed. The hostess lives in the same house on a different floor. Inquiries from us were always answered promptly. Because the apartment is located outside the center (old town), a car is of great benefit. The parking space on the enclosed property is therefore very positive. The apartment was exceptionally clean and spacious. In a few minutes you can reach a very large supermarket on foot. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, which is important for us. Overall, Syracuse is worth a multi-day stay. The archaeological park, the old town and the surroundings of Noto, Catania and Taormina are worth day trips. The value for money is very good in our opinion and therefore the 5 stars ok.

We had a wonderful stay at Roberta's apartment. The location is ideal, the view breathtaking and has made our view unforgettable. The apartment itself was superbly equipped. The kitchen left nothing to be desired (portafilter!) and the decor was modern and tasteful. Everything was clean and well maintained, so we immediately felt right at home. We particularly liked the comfortable mattresses, which ensured a good night's sleep. Communication with Roberta and Raffaele was also great! Their tips made our stay perfect.

We had a great stay at Paolo's! Communication worked out great and he was immediately on hand if we needed his help. We liked the house, we had everything we needed. The outdoor area was very well maintained. All in all, we felt very comfortable and can only recommend the house!

Wow! We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Carlotta. We came to Sicily as a three generational family and needed a space for all us - we hit the jackpot! It was open, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It is in a beautiful, peaceful spot but walking distance to the beachfront. We lived walking down to the market every morning to get our fresh bread! Alessio was an absolutely wonderful host. He messaged the day before to check our arrival time and we were met at the end of the road. He gave us plenty of recommendations ( we did them all!) and was available by phone whenever we needed him. The house is simply gorgeous. Modern and clean and the beds are super comfortable. The pool was a highlight! Our children (aged 2 and 4) loved it and used it every day, even in April! Alessio, we cannot thank you enough for the most incredible stay. We would recommend it to every one. The only negative was that we had to leave, we would have stayed longer if we could! Thank you 💜

Casa Bonita is a great holiday home. Spacious, clean and everything works well. The house is also suitable for longer stays. The nearby beach is shallow and water is clean, hardly no rubbish on the beach. The location is good to visit historic towns like Noto and Siracusa. Gigi is a great host. He actively takes care of the guests, is always available and helps with everything. We met him during our stay and he is a really nice, positive person. We stayed there for a month and enjoyd all We recommend Casa Bonita
