Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Marina di Ginosa

My friend and I were very fortunate to have discovered this gem of an apartment. Great location, within walking distance of the town yet in a peaceful area. The balcony and terrace were perfect for enjoying a cup of tea in the morning or a drink in the evening. Great views over the town! Massimo was a fabulous host who met us at the local train station which was a great help. We also very much appreciated the lift he organised for us to get to the airport. The apartment was as described and was very clean and cosy. The bottle of wine was a thoughtful touch. Many wonderful restaurants within walking distance and a couple of local supermarkets. I would certainly stay here again! Thank you Massimo!✨🌟

Nice place, as advertised

Staying at Cosimo's is like stepping into the past. Historic and very cozy house with large extreme spaces. A real gem is a good base if you decide to explore the beauty of the Valle d 'Itria.

Martino’s house is really beautiful, super clean and he prepared us dinner on our arrival which was awesome. We were not lucky around the weather but the house was warm always to keep us warm in the cold. Location is in between Locorotondo and Martina Franca, closer to Locorotondo. You will need a car! And you can go to all the nice places in max 1 hour. I believe Martina’s house would be much more enjoyable during summer period where you can enjoy the outdoor sitting.

We were in Luigi's apartment in Porto Cesareo in October and we found everything that the photos showed and as it was described. Luigi was a great host who was always quickly reachable. The apartment is quiet and we could easily reach the harbor and the restaurants there, as well as the beach on foot. We had a rental car that was safely parked in the yard and explored the whole area from Porto Cesareo. The kitchen was well equipped and we could cook something. This trip was our first trip via Airbnb and it was wonderful to be a guest at Luigi's! Grazie

Excellent location. Helpful and responsive host. Great views of the water. Comfortable bed and big kitchen. Quirky layout with lots of rooms. Bathrooms are small. We enjoyed our stay.

We felt very comfortable with Maria. The house was very clean and very well equipped, everything was new. Maria was very friendly, helpful and easily accessible and also provided us with an extra set of towels, for example. The beach and the center with many restaurants was only a 10-minute walk away and so you didn't need the car on site. We will be happy to come back.

This place is really excellent. It is in the middle of the historic center and close to everything. Its located on a side street so there is no noice or disturbances. The apartment is really nice, especially the roof terrace where we had breakfast, afternoon wine and a seink late at night watching the moonlight. The rest is really good, nice kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. We stayed for four days and really enjoyed the small city. As we arrived by train it was only 8 minutes walk from the station. We where welcomed by Claudia who gave us a lot of tips on what to see and where to eat. Franscesca and Claudia made the cisit very pleasant. From the first direct communication to the flexible checkout we needed to match our train Wehighly recommend this place and will for shure come back

A beautiful typical apartment… the location is perfect to experience the city of this charming city. The hospitality and cleanliness of the place was impeccable! The roof terrace is a really interesting attraction, if the temperature allows it!

Great place nearby the sea with plenty of balcony space and facilities. We stayed over the winter holidays so it was very quiet, and we know the area already it gets busier in summer. Check-in/out was very easy and we received all instructions.

I would 100% recommend Erasmina's place. She is a welcoming and caring host, Erasmina was available from the beginning to the end of our stay. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The place is peaceful. I just advise against going there by car (Erasmina will give you all the necessary info). Don't hesitate, choose this place :)

We had an amazing stay. We're a family of four (with 10-year and eight-year olds) and it worked well for us being a five minute walk from the historic town and the alcove beaches. It was also a great jumping off point for us getting to other sites around Puglia. There was always free street parking available, within one block of the apartment (we visited in April). Vittorio, who was in touch with us from an apartment management perspective, was so helpful with sight-seeing, restaurant and beach recommendations. He was responsive and proactive, so we're very thankful.

What a pleasant stay at Marcello's. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by his lovely aunt, who is super kind and nice. We were even given snacks, water, and milk (for breakfast the following day). His home is fully equipped with everything you would need - a kitchen with all the seasonings for home cook meals, a washing machine to clean the clothes, and hot steaming water for relaxing showers. Also, there is a huge balcony overlooking the gardens and the sea from a distance! It is absolutely beautiful. Also, communication with Marcello could not be any more convenient! He is super responsive to your messages, talking about minutes! I highly recommend his place for your stay in Ostuni!

Had a great stay. Super friendly, if you had any questions or needed anything there was super quick action. Everything is at walking distance and the town is great too. Large supermarket a few minutes by car. Accommodation was super neat and clean, beautiful resort, clean swimming pool, super neat all. Can't help but give this a big 10. Keep in mind that if you have a stroller, there are a lot of stairs. Have breakfast at Verno, tasty croissants and cappuccino. Lots to do in the neighborhood as well. Within a radius of 30 minutes by car, you can entertain yourself all week with all kinds of nice villages.

We enjoyed staying at Leila's. She and her partner were friendly, flexible, attentive and quick to respond to inquiries. The place was very well equipped and everything worked great (e.g. washing machine, oven). The furnishings are of high quality (e.g. magnificent terry toweling) and it's all decorated with a lot of style but not overloaded. There are good beds, but I would have liked a topper on the spring mattress for my back. It has plenty of storage space. We did not use the seat in front of the house, as we did not find it so comfortable. We didn't use the roof terrace with the magnificent view much because we were there in the fall and it was already dark at 7:00 pm. It also often got a little too windy. We enjoyed the beach within walking distance 1 to 2 times, but most of the time we drove to the front, where the beach is much wider. Many thanks to Leila, we are happy to recommend your place.

Amazing place with everything what you need. Very clean, quiet and cozy place with fantastic garden, new furnitures and all accessories. Maria is very helpful with accomodation and useful tips. Definately worth to stay and visit.

Great place to stay for a day trip to Matera. Just a short walk from great restaurants, shopping and the Sassi. Was perfect for us!

Giulia's accommodation impressed us above all for its location: the sea near the house within walking distance in a few minutes is beautiful! Crystal clear waters, snorkeling opportunities but also easily accessible beaches with simple water access! The apartment is equipped with all the comforts and amenities: spacious with double bathroom and a beautiful terrace where you can dine and entertain. In addition, in a short time you can reach beautiful cities to visit such as Monopoli, Polignano and Ostuni; in short, super strategic, super convenient and super recommended! Finally, Giulia is a kind and helpful host, she accommodated our check-in and check-out needs and for this we thank her so much! We will definitely be back!

Vincenzo’s place was perfect for our needs. Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived and there were lots of cafes and restaurants etc very close by. The old town is only a short stroll away, as well as the train station. The rooftop terrace was very good for us as we were there for almost 2 weeks and it was a great option for us to relax. All in all a great place to stay and Vincenzo is very friendly, approachable and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

Very nice apartment, with everything you need for your stay, a great location, and the facilities and space spotless and very nice decor.

Chantal and also the owner's family welcomed us in a very friendly manner and were very helpful (for example, a defective shower hose was replaced immediately). Anna, the owner, who lives above the apartment, took us once in the car and showed us a nice breakfast option and they were always very interested and gave us good tips and help. Next to the property is directly the owner's office, the terraces merge. We were fine. Unfortunately, we could not use the terrace because the weather felt more like the "North Sea" during the week. But you can head to many great destinations from here and do everything on foot in beautiful Pogliano. The apartment is very clean and it has it all. You should probably also know that one bedroom doesn't have an outside window. Thank you for everything!

The apartment is spacious and clean. In addition, it is conveniently located. Vincenzo is extremely kind and considerate. He sent me little messages from time to time during my stay. the stay at Antonio's was truly a positive surprise, he as a person is always available and very tidy, you can see that he loves his structure as his home, he was also very helpful and helped us throughout the stay with useful tips and directions. the amenities were exactly as described and the quality of the appliances was more than good, and the air conditioning system is a state-of-the-art heat pump ducted system that gives exceptional comfort in all rooms. I'm almost sure to come back next year

A wonderful place to stay in Monopoli. The apartment had everything one could need. The location was perfect to get to the water, shopping, restaurants and coffee/breakfast in the morning. Communication was excellent and quickly responsive to questions. Beautifully decorated and we loved the Molton Brown products!
