We were very well received by Mrs. Marta, with no problems regarding communication. The house is even cooler in person! We loved our stay, we went in 4 people and attended super well. Limpeza note 10, all items as per listing. The street is very quiet, something that pleases us very much. The two showers are great, something that sometimes leaves to be desired in beach houses. Finally, we found the beach enchanting, without the turmoil of the best known beaches, super clean, with plenty of policing and the basic attractions (square, kiosks, trail of joy hehe), in short, we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Andrea was very hospitable and kind. The house itself is excellent, we found small touches by Andrea to make the place more welcoming (salt, sugar, olive oil, soap, etc.) in every corner. We loved it and would certainly come back!

Congratulations to Edson for providing impeccable hosting. The space itself is larger than it appears in the photos. Outdoor space 10/10, the garden is super well maintained, the pool water is very pleasant. Too bad I stayed so little.

The house is excellent, comfortable and functional. Organized and clean. Candida responds quickly. It's far from the beach, 16 blocks, but 3 minutes by car. Super well located, very close to the center. It is worth remembering that the house is not the only one in the yard, information that I did not verify in the listing.

Hosts respond quickly, very welcoming environment to relax with the family, a very large patio and the advantage of accepting pets (we don't travel without ours.) We ended up staying more at the house, as the pool area meets our needs well. Whenever we had questions or needed anything, we were well instructed and helped. We will definitely be coming back!

That was the 2nd time we stayed at Pablo's place, and just like the 1st, it was great. Quiet region, close to the beach, market, bakery and ice cream shop.

Hosting was great!! Local very safe and Denise's family lives next door, you can leave everything open, no problem. My dogs loved the courtyard that is huge. I felt at home and we were very well received by Daniel

The swimming pool was one of the highlights of the stay – we used a lot and enjoyed every moment! The gourmet area is super spacious and well-equipped, perfect for preparing meals and enjoying together. In addition, the host was extremely attentive and always responded quickly to our doubts, ensuring a quiet stay. The house is very cozy, very spacious and pleasant space (couple). The Wi-Fi and TV work very well👏. The house is well equipped with utensils in the kitchen and has good appliances. The parking space is good and there is also space for a hammock. The neighborhood is not noisy at all, we were able to rest a lot, it is very close to the center. Very clean house!

Although it is quiet and away from the crowd, and that is exactly what we were looking for, the surroundings do not have many options to leave and did not appear to be very safe (but we did not have any problems or complications). The only problem is that the map address shown on Airbnb was close to R. Rio Jacuí with Av. Beira Mar, and the site was 12km ahead, in Queen of the Sea.

We were very pleased with Pablo's home. Easy to access location, quiet and safe neighborhood. We felt at home. Pablo always proved attentive, responded quickly, as did the Ernani who assisted us at check-in. Nothing to complain about, I highly recommend it and we want to go back for sure.

The house is wonderful!! Very well equipped, clean, wide, and located close to the beach and also to restaurants and markets. The high point is the contact with nature: the terrain is large and well wooded. The hostess welcomed us very well and provided all necessary support.

Jocinara's place is perfect! My family and I spent incredible days there, we felt at home. Very attentive Jocinara,always responded quickly to my messages and was super flexible with the schedules. Excellent location close to the sea, and safely. I intend to return!! super recommend!!!
