Apartamento otimo, close to markets and pharmacy. Ideal location if you are looking to stay close to the universities (Unimar, Univem and Unesp) or near the clue to Assis. The building has no elevator, so people with limited mobility should check this point. I recommend :)

The stay was excellent, safe, clean and quiet condominium. The apartment was in good condition, clean, with all kitchen accessories, cleaning supplies. A treat on arrival, cold water and juice.
