Cozy cottage perfect for those who intend to use Lake Vänern's nice water! We were there fishing so this home was perfect for us! Large garage driveway where you could easily back into your boat. Frida was smooth and pleasant to communicate with. We'd love to come again!

A home that has been put a lot of heart and soul into! They've really thought about every little detail you can think of to make it easy to live in. Super fresh and nice it was when we arrived. You notice that the host puts a lot of love & care into your stay, an excellent host! A perfect get away for a couple wanting spa experience. More satisfied we couldn't be.

Annettes place was lovely and situated in a beautiful locality which is kids friendly. lovely place to unwind. my toddled enjoyed running around and watching the farm chickens. overall a great place and worth every penny. The place is very spacious and perfect for get togethers for large families and groups of friends.

Great house in a peaceful area for those who want to relax from the outside world. You have to plan your meals in advance if there are no grocery stores and there is only one restaurant that was closed. Thankfully I asked about the grocery stores in advance otherwise would have been tricky to go back to Mariestad😅. The house was clean and cozy. The blue flowers crockery was amazingly nice! I very much enjoyed the throw pillows that were nice to lean on when you had board games (located in the house as well)! Anders and Kerstin were very quick to answer questions and very helpful. They let us stay until 2pm on the day of check out which of course helped us not to rush in the morning 😊 The place is recommended!

Very nice little cottage in the countryside, with very beautiful views from the kitchen window! All the necessary things are in the cabin for a few days of stillness. I appreciated the nice beautiful roads around the village and towards Göta Kanal, perfect for runners 😉 If the weather and season suits, there is a large wooden deck at the back, safe with nice sunset! Highly recommended!

We were 2 adults and 4 kids who enjoyed and had nice days in Mariestad in this nice house. We chose to eat ice cream and the harbor and drink both bubbles and juice in the lush garden where the children could play football and play litter. Mariestad is a nice starting point for several nice excursions. The hosts were very friendly and clear in their communication and it feels nice to have a more homely feeling on the holiday. Can definitely imagine coming back.

We enjoyed the storm in Lone's pleasantly decorated apartment with a very well equipped kitchen area. An extra plus because we could also store our bikes locked in the garage at night. Lone and Kenneth are a very nice host couple and we would love to come back🤗 Robert and Lars

Totally Bullerbü. Many have a certain idea of the typical Swedish cottage. That's totally true here. Even the path to the house is great, then the fantastic garden surrounded by forest, the cozy, typical cottage. The house is decorated with a lot of love. The cat Findus made it perfect for us. We will be happy to come back.

An incredibly modern and charming cottage on a beautiful plot where the entire plot and properties on it were in top condition. It felt like a host who cares about their properties and their guests. A shared fishing interest made the stay extra pleasant. Have absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything was there and everything was in top condition. Like staying in a nice hotel! Highly recommended!

Emelie was a great host. We felt comfortable from the first moment and communication was very easy. The location of the house right on the lake was great. Bathing either on the “own” beach or from the bathing jetty 100 m away with a bathing island is great. Wonderfully quiet location and the whole day we could enjoy the sun on the spacious terrace. Our 2 week stay went by too quickly!

Thank you for this super great place where we, our son and our two dogs were very welcome! We spent two nights here on our round trip to see the two huge lakes and the Göta Canal. The old farmhouse has modern amenities despite its historic charm, is clean, very spacious and offers everything you need for the stay. The highlight is the garden with the fantastic view and the visit of wild animals in the evening. We regret having only booked two nights and would be happy to come back. An absolute Airbnb recommendation!
