My little house is an affordable overnight stay with ideal location. Turn off and find the home at the back of my house. A private wooden deck around the house provides a nice patio and if you feel like barbecuing, there is everything you would need. What do you want to visit? Österlen? Copenhagen? Lund? Malmö? Hven? The property is located 800 m from train station, ten minutes walk from golf course and 250 m from ICA store with generous opening hours. The tiled bathroom comes with a shower and toilet, fridge and Micro, of course .

Welcome to vacation in Skåne! Lund is well located with proximity to many places to visit; museums, parks, nature reserves, restaurants, beaches (the closest about 10 km) and much more. In an extension (construction year 2015) in my villa in central Lund, I rent out a light and beautiful 2nd ground floor with separate entrance and patio door facing a lovely garden. Welcome, My name is Frans, a couple of years ago I had a stroke so my speech isn’t a 100% but I understand Dutch, English and Swedish. The living room, bedroom and bathroom have been built inside a garage which is yours as well (there’s plenty of heating). There has been installed a small kitchen which has a stove,toaster,kettle,fridge,microwave and of course your basic utilities.(Theres a crockpot as well). If you need any other kitchen equipment just ask :)

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
