This Airbnb was everything we asked for in one! The host answered any questions we had, gave clear instructions, provided us with many activities in the surrounding areas, clean and spotless living environment! Make sure you book with them when looking for somewhere to stay in the PR area!!

Just had a little getaway and spent four days in Puerto Rico. My wife and I stayed at Luis Alberto and Jessica’s place. Nice cabin with a beautiful view. Luis promptly returned my messages whenever I had a question. Great Host!. Highly recommended!!

Our stay at Juan’s place was perfect for our needs! The place was very clean and convenient for all our needs. Hot tub with an epic view, 5 minute walk to an amazing beach, and close to nearby towns for exploring! Highly recommend.

We were glad to book this place with Fredy and Suany. Got there at 4 pm, the place was ready on time. Very private, clean, spacious place with breathtaking views of mountains and ocean. The lockboxes are mounted on the parking lot concrete blocks!! There are 2 parking spots for this apartment-and they are not close by!! There is a private beach for the complex that is quiet. Please read the beach conditions for Puerto Rico. Stores close by, also large supermarkets in 7 miles. Don’t forget to get a Pizza takeout from D&D pizza nearby-thin crust (fine crust) with Pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeño :). Check out local bakeries (La Familia) for breakfast fun! Close to both San Juan or tropical forest hiking!!

The place was great!!!!

We felt very safe, staying in a place with two babies under one. Having safety was really important. We were close to a lot of things that we want to do. The condo was close to the beach and close to the pool. The backside had a peaceful view of a wooded area. Because we were at the end, we didn’t have to deal with traffic. We had two nice parking spots where we could bring groceries in the back so it felt private. It had a nice little kitchen. We knew it was not a brand new condo and we didn’t expect a brand new condo or amenities as we were looking more for a good price. It was affordable and exactly what we expected. I would stay there again and I would definitely work with Emmanuel again. He also helped get us a driver to bring us to the airport in the middle of the night. There was also extra beach towels and other beach equipment so we didn’t need to bring ours. We needed a travel crib and Emmanuel got one for us.

The first thing that stood out was how accommodating and helpful Aly was when it came to the check-in time as my flight was getting in incredibly early in the morning. Additionally I loved how safe I felt. The lock at the gate and the lock for the house itself allowed for me to feel so secure. The pool was nice, clean, and refreshing. Checking in was so easy and the pictures provided helped so much in allowing for me to get into the house. Everything was nice and clean and if I had any questions, responses were within 10 minutes or less. I would recommend this home to anyone and I would stay here again. I loved that it wasn't so close to the touristy areas but then also not too far when taking an Uber. It felt like home. It was such an enjoyable experience as a whole. Thank you.

We loved our stay so much! This was a great fit for our family of seven. We had lots of beds and plenty of space for everyone. Everything was clean and the furniture was really nice and everything was well taken care of. We really appreciated how there were lots of things there for us to use, like a cooler for us to take our lunches in every day on our adventures, chairs , umbrella, Sand toys, balls — all the things that we could possibly need. Gretchen was really easy to communicate with and always responded very quickly. We would definitely recommend this for anybody! We had a great time. Thank you so much.
