Villa vacation rentals in Mariager Fjord

We were 4 adults and 6 children aged 2-8 years living in Majken's house for a week in July. With 5 good bedrooms, large kitchen and own "children's department" in the basement, the house was a perfect holiday base for us. Less than 1 hour to Legoland, about half an hour to Aarhus, and fantastic offers in Silkeborg (recommend Aqua, Østre Søbad (with connected hiking trails), Enclosed playground, and the cozy center (Okkels and Italiano Ice Dream ice cream bars. Self communication with Majken was impeccable. Great tips for local activities, and quickly available during the whole stay. Simply a very good experience that can be highly recommended.

Peaceful and nice area. Short distances to hiking area, train connection to Aarhus , nice beach (bellevue beach), shops and bakery. Also central if you want to visit other places like Djurs Summerland, legoland and Ebeltoft.( Not that long drive ). The house is really nice. We stayed 9 people there (3 children). The kids enjoyed table tennis, scooters, and trampoline . The landlord is very nice and available to any question any question . We had a very nice holiday here and would love to go back again :)

We had an awesome stay at this wonderfull house. The location from Århus, the beach and nearby sightseeing is perfect. The house has all you need and Eva was a great host! We would definetely come back!

We stayed for four nights in this beautiful house in Hals. The six of us had plenty of space to spread out and our kids really appreciated the available toys. Hals is a great location to reach Aalborg, the East coast, all the way to Skagen. The house isbwell located jn town, close to shopping and the harbour. We would love to stay here again!

Erik was super easy to write with, always responded quickly and kindly 😊 nice house, lots of board games and lovely garden with trampoline, football goal, and badminton net. all in all, super family place! 😊

The house itself can be looking old, but everything is in a very good condition. The pillows and blankets were amazing. The kitchen was huge, easy to use, so all in all perfect. It lies next to a farm, where they keep cows, so the occasional animal smell could be a bit disappointing for some people (although I didn't mind it). It was easy to get access to the house. I would recommend it to others.

Super nice summerhouse with great views. Lovely acoustics throughout the house and the pool was even better than I expected. The kitchen was very well equipped.

Lovely place that we would love to visit again. Perfect for the team event we were going on. Only thing was a misunderstanding about how many single beds there were in one of the rooms. Fortunately, it was no worse than quickly finding a solution. The dialogue with Søren and Linea was great all the way through.

Great layout for beds and living area; nice finishes. Playground and soccer fields nearby, good for kids.

Super nice summerhouse, with large pool

We had a great week with our friends (10 adults and 11 kids)! The amenities corresponded to the photos. Particularly practical is the layout of the house: upstairs are the large living & dining area as well as the kitchen anyway. In the lower area is the pool and activity room. So we could play table tennis etc. downstairs if the kids were already asleep upstairs. The view of the horse paddock and the sea is super nice. We would have preferred to take the view home with us. The house was clean upon our arrival except for a few small things. We have clarified these directly with DanCenter. The communication was very friendly and answers came quickly at all times. The beautiful village of Ebeltoft can be reached in 5 minutes by car or about 20-30 minutes walk to the supermarket/place. Conclusion: we would definitely book the house again.

The house was excellent, clean, everythink we needed it was in the house, cozy, big, the area was quiet, the city center 5 min by car, the host was welcoming, it was more than ok, we really felt super good, the house was very big

Great place to stay, we had a good time with our 3 kids. Count on a big electricity bill, we stayed in November, and to keep the house and pool warm it quickly racked up.

With our 4 children hospitably received (by cat Mille) in the wonderful house of Maria. Spacious, clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. From here we could walk to the supermarket and with our bike we explored Silkeborg and surroundings. As far as we are concerned, absolutely recommended/worth repeating.

Lars, Charlotte and their children are so welcoming and warm. First Airbnb with our 3-year-old daughter and she'll remember it. The magic of encounters and hospitality beyond borders and a language. It feels good and it's hard to leave. We're waiting for you in Nice!
