A vacation in our cozy, authentic summer cottage is pure enjoyment. The house is 60 sqm (best suited for a single family) and has an atmospheric living room with a heat pump and a wood-burning stove. There is a new kitchen from 2022 connected to the living room. The sleeping accommodations in the house are distributed as follows: one room with a double bed and one room with a bunk bed, which is best suited for children. The last sleeping places are in the newly furnished annex with a double bed and a double mattress on the floor Please note that the house is older and has been renovated over time.

Our cozy cottage is located in the middle of the Danish Nature Foundation's beautiful areas – just a few steps from the beach. From all windows there are views of the unique dune landscape. Here you can enjoy the tranquility, the sound of the sea and the beautiful path that leads you directly to the beach through the dunes. The house is ideal for couples or families who want a holiday in nature – close to the sea and surrounded by rich biodiversity. Right outside the door you will find birdsong, butterflies and a variety of wildlife that makes the stay very special.

Close to the sea with grass path directly to the sea! 66 m2 cozy cottage on 2500 m2 natural plot (a large part is fenced with 90 cm high wire fence) in quiet forest area with good gravel roads, hiking trails along the sea, many forest trails and deer, hares and squirrels. Undisturbed terrace with dining area, barbecue, fire pit, parasol and 3 sun beds. A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.

The villa is from 1904 and has been renovated to be bright and welcoming with charming details and delicious materials. From the ground floor there is access to a cozy courtyard with sun and shelter most of the day, an outdoor room for if it rains and a closed backyard with grass and flowers and the very last evening sun.
