Vacation rentals in María la Gorda

Emplacement de rêve les pieds dans l’eau. Logement simple mais agréable avec une bonne literie. Très calme, seul le bruit des vagues nous a bercé le temps s’endormir. Le dîner et le petit déjeuner servis étaient de qualité.

Villa Azul is maybe the best place to stay in La Bajada. Communication beforehand was good, helped alot for diving. Good Information on spot are limited (and we can tell: there are moskitos and no nets). Food is good but sadly always the same (especially for vegetarians). Because of the description we thought we have a fridge and kitchen to cook ourselves. Unfortunately this was wrong. Several rooms and other guests, that's good for exchange of information. If prepared for "being somewhere far away with limited options" it's definitely recommendable.

La Villa Azul ha sido una experiencia inolvidable . Habitaciones muy limpias enfrente del mar, comida riquísima, pero sobretodo las personas que cuidan la casa te hacen sentir de la familia. Te ayudan en todo lo que necesites para que puedas disfrutar de lo que tiene que ofrecer la zona. Ha sido mi primer lugar en Cuba ( después de La Habana) y me llevo preciosos recuerdos . Sin duda volveré. 100% recomendable. ❤️

Very nice and warm Cuban welcome ! You'll feel really within the family, nice discussions, and ... super good food :-) ... A good base to explore Maria La Gorda at less than 1h drive.

Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée (et nuit) dans une ambiance très différente des autres casas particulars que nous avons visités durant notre séjour, plus simple et plus d'échange, nous avons été reçus dans la salle à manger avec la famille.

Very nice experience. Malte and her husband made fantastic dinner and very nice breakfast. It is expensive then in Havana, but money is really value. Can you imagine that they prepare full table of nice food, including meat, fruits and vegetables for me only! Also don't forget that this place doesn't have any shops, so poor Malte and her husband need to drive 26 km in order to buy some food and water. It is only 150 meters untill nice beach, where you can even swimm with the mask. Nice animals, like cats, dogs, puppies, chickens, horse and pig made me feeling, i am in Paradise. Bruno also gave me a lot of useful instructions, which things i need to buy, before the trip! I will recommend this place to everyone who like swimming and nature around!

Rogelio et sa petite famille nous ont accueilli de manière très chaleureuse dans leur logement. L'une de ses premières phrases était "vous êtes comme chez vous ici". Les échanges avec Rogelio sont vraiment très agréables et enrichissants. Par ailleurs, Rogelio est très très flexible car nous sommes arrivés à 22h le premier jour et un repas nous attendait et nous sommes revenus très tard aussi le soir suivant et Rogelio nous attendait également avec un bon repas ! Vraiment merci pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse !
